The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to look after us

I stayed at the women only room! Each bed has a place to put your things, a locker and a curtain for privacy. It was really comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and nice, made it easy for me to make friends and hang out with people as I was traveling solo. The staff were really kind and helpful! Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, felt comfortable and safe! Would totally come again if I visit Genova again.

Location was perfect and breakfast was excellent. The staff stood out exceptionally, as did our room.

Hotel Continental was closed so we got a room in the Hotel Savoia (next to Hotel Continental) which is 5* hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Also they have a lot of things to provide you, for example umbrellas on a rainy day :)

Close to the stations and port but still within the streets with lots of character. The staff were lovely and friendly.

This hotel was elegant in every way. Beautiful decor, large room, well stocked complementary minibar of water, juice and coke. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was exquisite. The bed was perfect and the room was so quiet.

Room was upgraded to apartment which was surprise. Location was great, room was perfect. Parking only €10/night. Public transport right nearby.

The location is perfect! The room is large, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped bathroom. I liked the small terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast was wonderful and very plentiful. It was delicious!!! The staff was very friendly and nice.

The apartment is very large and very cozy. It has everything you need to stay, even had a small breakfast. It is located in a very convenient location... there are many shops, bars, restaurants nearby and it is very easy to get to the port. There is a metro and bus stop nearby to get to the train station. The landlady allowed me to check in early. She was always in touch and ready to help at any moment:)

Top conversation with owner, easy check in, super location directly in center of Genova, near Piazza Ferrari,shops, harbor, restaurants all in short walking distance, parking lot only 5min away, the appartement ist really big, with lots if space, and was very comfortable and super clean.and has aircondition. Fabio provided coffee and brioche in the kitchen and cool drinks as well, this was exceptional Fabio is really a super host, we are sure to come back again

Property could not be more central to everything. Brilliant location, Eduardo was a great very responsive host. Overall great experience. Great air con was a massive bonus in August!

Everything except internet fascility

Everything! Location, style, cleanliness, amenities, comfy bed, great comms with the owner, security, hi-tech app based entry system. The list is endless. We absolutely loved this place. It also looks exactly like the pictures.
