Accommodation in Gallipoli

All hotels should be like this! Stylish, ultramodern, ultra comfortable and professional, helpful and really friendly staff. It really does have the “wow” factor. Loved the no-touch screens which we used to operate the lights, aircon, blinds etc. Loved the big, glassed-in terrace that we enjoyed a drink on in the evening while watching people do the passagiata on the main shopping street below. Beautiful linen, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels, a safe, a well-stocked mini-bar, great communication before and during our stay. Breakfast was in the cafe connected to the hotel downstairs, called Facula. Orders from a menu were taken by a charming waitress (of course!) There was a huge choice of pastries, hot foods, yoghurt, and so on. Fabulous. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Everything, gorgeous property, staff were great. Peaceful & quiet. Would need a car if staying here - was a much needed peaceful escape from hustle and bustle. Had a great pasta dinner for good price. Would recommend to stay here. Had a little pool to outselves.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. The roof top pool was absolutely stunning and perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Silvia was an amazing host, very helpful and looked after us during our stay. The breakfast included was a huge bonus and each morning Silvia made something a bit different which was a nice change.

The breakfast was perfect, beautiful dining room and lovely staff. We researched the parking and got a message back from the hotel indicating we could drop off and pick up luggage. We chose to park below in the port car park. It wasn't difficult to get our bags to the hotel. It was a great location. It was also very reasonable for what we got. Would definitely recommend Al Pescatore Hotel

The beach is very beautiful. The hotel has several green areas for walking the dog. I really enjoyed it.

Wonderful house. Room was small but perfect for the two of us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed spending time at the new swimming pool, which is situated above the house in a lovely and quiet setting - it was perfect.

The staff were fantastic. Despite the overload, the reception staff was great. They were super requested until I had to go to the hospital and arranged for a request.

An excellent stay, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and to Gallipoli historic center. The apartment was tidy and spacious. Free parking along the street was always available in June.

Great accomadation and great location

Right in the old town, close to everything - beach, restaurants. Frederico and his staff were great, there for anything you needed. Accom was gorgeous!! And beds super comfortable.

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of the historic centre. The location is absolutely perfect – you couldn’t ask for better, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and everything else. The bed was very comfortable, and the host was fantastic. He genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

Our accommodation was a spacious, beautiful room , in a palaco dating back to the 6th century, full of that old charm you would expect from a building of that age. The beds were very comfortable, and the generous space made the stay feel truly special—it was exactly what you imagine staying in such a historic place would be like. As many traveler's know, “breakfast included” in Italy can sometimes be underwhelming, often just coffee and something sweet. That was not the case here. The breakfast was simple, yet it was the best we had in Italy (excluding a couple of five-star hotels in Rome and Naples). The location could not have been better—just a two-minute walk to the beach, with bars and restaurants (including their own excellent-value restaurant) right on your doorstep. We would like to thank our hosts, as both the accommodation and the beautiful town of Gallipoli made our holiday truly memorable.

The old palazzo is a really special place to be accomodated, it impressed us from the moment we stepped in. The vast spaces, the wonderful terrace. It is also very well located and very clean.
