The owners are wonderful people. Helpful, open, smiling. The flat is beautifully decorated - with Moroccan accents. Being on a long trip it was a great convenience for me to have a washing machine in the flat. The breakfasts are very good. I will definitely be making tea at home like the one that was served in Loreto. The tea was do delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

First of all, the owner is a very kind, understanding and accommodating lady who welcomed us at the property and gave very clear explanations of everything. The property was superb!! It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything is new which is rare in Loreto because the other hotels or accommodations are often very old. The rooms are on the ground floor so we didn’t need to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. The property is in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, just less than five minutes (by driving) to the Loreto shrine, and there is free parking outside the apartment (which is very important because the traffic wardens often give parking tickets around the parking meters in Loreto). The bathrooms are very modern and clean and the water is very hot, good for the cold weather in winter. There is also both air conditioner and heater in the room. I loved this place, I will definitely stay here again. It’s one of the best in the whole Italy! Thank you once again!

The host was very nice, The villa was clean and ready when we arrived. There are 3 bedrooms so we had plenty of space. The parking is plentiful and free a bonus in Italy. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. It is a safe and comfortable place to stay.
