Lovely Apartment & Exceptional Host The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped — a perfect base for exploring Modica. Giorgia, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke English and provided us with useful local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always available for questions and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! We were in the largest room and found it very comfortable and beautifully furnished with a nice view. Our hosts were lovely, put on a delicious breakfast, and had great tips for what to see in Modica. It was easy to find a parking spot for our car and walk to everything.

Very clean and modern little single room. Modern shower, bathroom and locks. The personal was very friendly. I had to go to Pozzallo the next day early in den morning. I do not speak Italian and the host organized a taxi for me. Very nice service. Thank you!

That's a magical place. 18th century villa, which was renewed 5 years ago. All profits go to the foundation which helps to mothers and children. The location is great, in good weather you can see the sea. Owner is very nice person and made a tour for us. The place is amazing. The filling of true Sicily from old movies
