The property was perfect for our stay in Noto. It is located practically in the historic centre (a few steps from Porta Reale on Corso Vittorio Emanuele- the main street), but in a very quiet and peaceful street, so it was very easy to visit the city on foot while still being able to relax. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming and always available. He helped us with parking (which is always available and free!), gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Breakfast was served nearby at a local café, with extremely kind staff and amazing breakfast options, including an enormous selection of typical Sicilian pastries, granita and brioche. What made our stay even more special was the feeling of being truly taken care of. The host was incredibly attentive and always available, and this kindness continued throughout Noto — from the restaurants to the cafés, everyone we met was welcoming, helpful and made us feel genuinely cared for. It really is one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily.

This place is just fantastic. We were so warmly welcome by Moreno and Marco, you feel immediately at home. They are one of the best and nicest hosts I ever had in my many years travelling. They both are golden hearts and in such good moods. They do everything, from a delicious and very varied breakfast with fruits from their garden, variatons of home made Jam, cakes, fresh eggs, cheese, you can do your Muesli, etc etc... The 6 Appartements are all unique furnished with lots of love for details. The bathroom is super cool, the kitchen has all you need, the living room is big and the open upper floor with the bed was nice (not all rooms have double floor) You have space in front of each Appartment with a table to sit and relax. The surrounding in the garden is big with fruit trees, herbs and nice mediterranean plants. They have 2 sheeps wandering around, some turtles, a cat and their lovely Labrador dog. The large pool invites for swimming some lenghts and the setting around for relaxing is super comfortable. There is even a "secret" roof terrasse above their living house for sun set chill. The location is in a quiet area, just 5 minute drive to Lido Noto or other beaches, the next close by small cities - Noto (under UNESCO) and Avalo - are just 10 minutes drive away, where you have big choices for Restaurants and nice to visit. There are unique Nature Reserves, like the "Reserva Naturale di Vendicare" nearby, where you can see Flamingos and north of Avola there is the spectacular Valley and Canyon of "Cavagrande" with beautifull pools to swimm. We already miss the place and i really hope to come back there one day. It is 100% recommendable.
