The staff were all very nice, and a special mention for Eduardo, who was so helpful and informative with the restaurant menu. He also gave us so much information about the local area. The restaurant food was exceptional and we enjoyed every meal.

We booked 4 nights at Leonärdo guest house and we really enjoyed every moment of our stay. Leonärdo is such an exceptional host, we immediately received a warm welcome upon our arrival. He does everything in his power to make you feel at ease and without any worries. He knows his way around the entire province so his tips are spot on. From city visits to cultural activities and the best restaurants that fulfill your needs. Leonärdo and his mother also offer the option to eat dinner at the guest house, this is something you have to try! Their cooking is really good and tasteful. The rooms are very tidy and well equipped (air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge, cuttlery,...) and the pool is very clean. There's also a lot of space on the property with tables and chairs so you always have a (private) spot to relax or eat. You can sense that hospitality is in their blood and that they really take joy in offering their guests the best time. We would definitely return here when we're back in the Panicale neighbourhood.

Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!

Wonderful stay in a very nice area. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent and based on local produce. The location was perfect for us on-route between Pisa Airport and Abruzzo and we will most probably stay here again.
