Location, staff is exellent, detail of finish in the rooms, pleasant design, rooftop terrace, bistro downstairs - all greatly put together. Breakfast was very very good - good choice of food and options. Good service provided at breakfast by staff.

A lovely hotel surrounded by nature and grape fields. With a fantastic large pool with incredible pool furniture which made my vacation photos extraordinary. In the garden they also have little romantic areas to have dinner at. The restaurant was also very good and practical in case you dont want to leave the hotel.

This place is amazing, absolutely magic, especially at the evening ! This atmosphere is unforgettable... All rooms are new, clean, with perfect view + big pools, bar with good tasted vines and beautiful romantic restaurant with amazing food! Luxury breakfasts and dinners. Also personal was nice and helpful, nothing was problem, all our wishes were fullfiled!

Nikis Resort is very beautiful place with perfect view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They perfectly solved our one situation what came up! Thanks them a lot! We need to say that dinner was perfect! - The staff was very knowledgeable about wine and Italian food. Only one night but we enjoyed it a lot!

It was spacious, had a nice view, and was clean. Above all, the spectacular view of Val d'Orcia from the room was so great that I didn't want to leave the room. It would be a waste to stay for one day.

Very nice location, in the heart of old city of Perugia, on main street and very close to central main square. Umbrian museum is very close. Friendly staff, helpful. Breakfast very nice, everything was enough to choose. Room was a little bit small, but very clean and bed was very well.
