The beautiful "Old chestnut", which is what the name of this accommodation means in Italian. The pool was really great, the view of Valfabbrica magnificent and the tranquility really present. As a family of five, we really enjoyed our stay in Umbria also thanks to this unique accommodation!

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the food and the host and people from the staff. The pictures also do not do it justice. The view of the lake is spectacular and the room was very clean and spacious. Also the pool was clean and refreshing. The food was also very good and fresh for both the breakfast and dinner. The wine that they produce is also very good. Giulio, the host made sure that we had a great stay and he was always available if we needed something. We are looking forward to coming back.

When the train to our next location was cancelled due to a strike, hosts Eugenio and Rossella came to our rescue. They could not have been more helpful and kind. Don't search any further...reserve this apartment if available! Our family has stayed at many Booking.com accommodations - this is one of our favorites ever.

Amazing accommodations that were clean with everything in excellent condition and comfortable. Great central location to train, buses, and centro. Valentina was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Speaking English was real bonus. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.
