Friendly and welcoming staff - quite location, off the beaten trail. Only stayed 1 night - would definitely like to come back longer and explore more of the area.

Such a pretty place, in the nature, overview of beautiful Umbria, located within driving distance to many sights, the attention to each detail, the gardens, the facilities is excellent

The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. Location is perfect — in historical center, close to everything. Room was very clean and warm. And we were allowed to check in early. Thank you!

Outstanding !!! Breathtaking views, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent quality but maybe slightly limited for a longer stay. Rooms were great and lovely balcony settings. Would recommend to anyone.

Can't praise enough this hotel. The staff was hospitable, the rooms were clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.
