Anna is very kind and helpful. The breakfast has best cappuccino in Italy. Good location and room space.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful family-run estate. The views and the natural surroundings were simply breathtaking, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. We especially loved the pool and the great restaurant in-house. The family hosting us was super welcoming and kind, and helped arrange an e-bike rental for us as well. The location is great for hiking and visiting beautiful historical towns like Spello and Assisi (just a short drive away).

The food was very good - appealing presentation. Surrounding were very quiet and relaxing. Time stood still.

Wonderful place, with amazing views from the terrace. Cozy small pool with clean and fresh water. Outstanding friendly staff, especially with Romina, who made a wonderful dinner, whick my kids keep talking about until now. Would love to come back!

The house is very clean, and has a wonderful view of the valley. It’s located in the old city. Although the house is not huge but it has all the facilities you need eg. Well-equipped kitchen. But what we loved the most is the owners. They are extremely helpful. We had an issue with car so had to catch train which arrived late at night. The owner (Walter) drove all the way to the train station to pick us up and helped carry our luggages into the apartment. That is very kind of him. Much appreciated. Furthermore, we were interested to taste olive oil that they produce so we asked. Instead they offered a full tasting / dinner with a very reasonable price. The food is delicious and has not only their olive oil but also other local produce. Sorona speaks fluent English and very knowledgeable. We were full and content. If we come to Spello again we will definitely stay at one of their properties, nowhere else.

Sweet and beautiful apartment, well equipped. Sonora is absolutely sweet, available for any request and flexible, Came to meet my requests (a lot), thank you 🙏🌸 The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. Beautiful Spoleto, great for wandering, eating, drinking, shopping and relaxing in a pastoral environment, surrounded by nature - I did a couple of nature trails.

The location is in the old part of Spello, and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, including the Pinturicchio fresco cycle in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and a museum containing impressive Roman mosaics. The host was very kind and helpful.

We vistited Umbria and used Foligno as our base. The hotel was perfectly located. The railway station is less than 5 minutes walk away and Flixbus arrivals and departures are just across the street. The hotel is located at the edge of the old town which was easily accessed. The staff were wonderful and helped me a lot when I fell ill early in our stay. Parking is free and is located in an underground car park (first come first served) which was perfect. Otherwise there seemed to be some parking close by. We hired a car locally and it was less than 5 min drive onto the superstrada which takes you to all the local towns. Breakfast was OK and the coffee was good but depending on when you arrive, some items may need to be replenished. We were in a room facing the front and we didnt notice any noise.

Everything was good. There are also two charging points type 2 available for guest traveling by electric car.

The employees are gentle, breakfast is huge and tasty. Rooms are like in the pics, clean and with all the facilities you need. For any query, the receptionist will help you. There is also a parking spot and location is very good as it is close to the city center.

Everything!! Fantastic location right on the edge of the old town.. close and secure parking, easy apartment access with the lift. Diego was fantastic, we received a very warm welcome and nothing a problem. The accommodation itself is immaculate, with consideration given to practicality and comfort. The most comfortable bed and pillows. It was very quiet. The views were beautiful. Supermarket a short stroll away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect... central location overlooking the main historic square from the balcony; a charming and ever helpful hostess who did everything possible to make your stay memorable; a beautifully appointed apartment with everything you needed and more. Luxurious. It is within easy walking distance of all the sights and the train or bus station, although Francesca picked me up at the station and drove me back when departing as it was raining a bit.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, great location in the middle of it all in Foligno city centre and staff very kind and helpful

Very comfortable - the fresco on the ceiling is a bonus!
