This is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever stayed in. The sauna in the room was amazing. What really made it exceptional however was the young lady who works on reception. She could not have been more helpful. The free laundry and bottle of wine were the finishing touches.

- incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

Stefania is a wonderful person with a wonderful dog, Ripply. We felt wonderful, like we were staying with our favorite aunt. The breakfasts were delicious, and the atmosphere was truly homey. Thank you for the birthday cake with a candle. If we ever return to Preugia, we'll definitely stay at the same address.

Location is great, view from the balcony was stunning, on the opposite hill you can see old Perugia city! Accommodation i so good that whoever stays here can really feel like at home. Staff is excellent and Signora Minu is preparing a perfect breakfast. All in all I very much recommend this accommodation for one to max six people. The room/suite is perfectly located 40metres from the escalators which take you to the mini metro and station. The Old town is beautiful and the room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The host Simonetta is very friendly and gives lots of advice . Highly recommended for a stay in Perugia.

We were warmly welcomed by owner Stefania’s daughter upon check in. When we had some difficulties to identify the apartment building and taking long to get there, she was patiently waiting for us & guided us how to get there smoothly. She was such a charming young lady who had provided us all the information we need & much more. She made already charming attractive house even more attractive and charming with her presence & warm welcome. House is well equipped with everything we need & also very nicely decorated with unique taste of owner Stefania which is very inviting. Location just short walking distance to the city centre with parking just outside the apartment located on the ground floor - This made it easy & very comfortable for us to carry the luggages from the car to the apartment Highly recommended.
