Great location, close to the waterfall. Francesco was amazing

I loved the staff, how welcoming and friendly everyone was.

We made a very last minute booking (an hour before arrival) and it was all perfectly prepared. The owner was very helpful and got us information about the waterfalls (starting point cca 1.2km by walk from the property). The room was very comfy and 100% clean. There was some small breakfast prepared on top of a charge.

Luogo ottimo per staccare e rilassarsi.. camera moderna e piscina con vista mozzafiato. Assolutamente consigliato per visitare Narni e i dintorni. Colazione super servita sulla terrazza della proprietà!

Spacious apartments, good air conditioning, clean

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B right in the heart of the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well organised, and the bed was incredibly comfortable… I slept beautifully and the place was impressively quiet throughout the night. Ilaria was a fantastic host: very kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and perfectly located place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily book this apartment again. It's perfect for one person, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible, making the whole stay completely stress-free. I truly appreciated the hospitality and felt at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Terni!

The place is super central, within walking distance to local eateries and bars, has a wonderful view over the square and in a semi pedestrian zone.

New apartment, clean and well equipped for couple+1. Walking distance to the city center . Has rooftop with big jacuzzi and relaxing area, unfortunately it didn't work when we were there.
