As soon as you enter the apartment, you're welcomed by a cozy living room that opens up to a beautiful balcony with a peaceful view of nature. It feels calm, scenic, and instantly puts you at ease. To the left, there’s a small, charming kitchen (I really appreciated the clear system for separating waste — plastic, paper, bio waste — which shows great care for the environment). Walking down the hallway, you’ll find a large, stylish mirror that really stands out and adds a lovely touch to the space. The bedroom is quite spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is practical and well-equipped — everything felt just right.

It is easily accessible from Terni Station. Really clean and comfortable room. The host responded to me soon, and I could receive the key safely. The living room and kitchen are also so clean and big. I could enjoy a very nice accommodation!

Wonderful apartment very big and beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Shops with delicious pastries, a pizza takeaway and very nice coffee shop are all very close. Walking to downtown took us about 8 minutes. Lot's of free parking on the street.

This was a wonderful apartment, so clean, new, and comfortable. Our room included a bathroom, and the common area was spacious. Breakfast was self serve and included yogurts, milk and juices. It is located about a 15 drive to the Marble Falls, a spectacular site and highly recommended! When messaging through Booking.com, Rosyb&b responded quickly and after meeting Aurora, she was so very kind and friendly. And she gave us a great restaurant recommendation too.
