Good location, clean and comfortable apartment. Host was very good and easy to communicate with the host in English.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Giardini in Giardini Naxos and would gladly recommend it. The location is easy to reach by car, well-marked, and straightforward to find, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. There is also private parking available on the property, secured with a gate and under video surveillance, which gave us extra peace of mind. The overall look and feel of the place is closer to a four-star hotel than a typical villa. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and communicative, always ready to assist when needed. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, which creates a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The swimming pool also looks excellent—clean and well-maintained—even though we didn’t get the chance to use it due to the weather. The location is another big advantage, being very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible on foot. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with everything functioning exactly as it should. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place, great big room with a lot of facilities, including jacuzzi. The view was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and staff very very helpful. All the ladies at the Reception were amazing, truly helpful, it was a real pleasure to talk with them and they all made us feel welcome. Very grateful 🙏

everything was perfect and great value for money

The whole stay was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the value for money was outstanding. The lemon garden was absolutely lovely, and the service was friendly throughout.

It was a very peaceful and quiet place, with an amazing view of mount Etna from the bedroom. The balconies are amazing. It was very close to everything you need, bus station, restaurants, supermarkets, beach.

We chose this property for its excellent location and proximity to the Delta Marriot Hotel where a pharmaceutical conference was being held to which I was invited to attend. So, to combine business with pleasure, I decided to bring my children and my family with me for a seaside holiday. Communication was excellent right from the start. The owners were very hospitable and helpful upon our arrival, reassuring me that the Delta Marriot Hotel was just a 2-minute walk from home. We also found a bottle of Sicilian wine, some typical fresh fruit and snacks for the children. The apartment was large and well air conditioned considering that we were 3 adults and 4 children. Clean and well divided and well organized. On the pleasant terrace we enjoyed delicious typical Sicilian breakfasts such as granitas and brioches with toppo and fish dinners. Even though we had a beach with an enviable sea right in front of our house, my children couldn't get out of the pool because the water was so warm and clear. At the end of the conference, we all took the bus from the stop behind the apartment to go and visit Taormina and at the end of the holiday we took the bus to Catania airport to return home, really satisfied! Great appartment, fully equipped with everything you need for self catering, even comes with dishwasher. Nice view of Mount Etna from the balcony. Very friendly and responsive host. Private parking off road, and a lovely deli right next door. One of the best places we stayed at during our time in Sicily.

The property was clean and newly decorated so in great condition and working order. Having a cooking facilities and a washing machine was excellent. The balcony was useful for drying laundry.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having water and fresh juices waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. It made us feel very welcome! The host was amazing and always responded within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. Everything was exactly as we hoped, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If I ever come back to Sicily, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Entering the property was like stepping into a fairy tale! A wonderful 250 year old house, very well taken care off. A wonderful garden and great patio where an amazing breakfast was served by the owners whose hospitality went far beyond anything I ever experienced at a B&B! Inside many artworks welcomed us. The apartment has a beautiful big terrace with a view of the Etna! From a nice sofa you could admire the great environment. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could need was there: from a corkscrew to a water cooker, from a good bed light to lots of space. WiFi was great, parking was good and private. I can’t but recommend this gem! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sicily.
