Very original room, we loved everything especially the under floor heating and the view

The property is beautiful, perfectly aligned with the local style. We loved the well maintained green spaces and the playground. Everything was super clean and way beyond expectations.

The place is secluded, immersed in nature, exactly like we wanted it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the place is close to many good hikes. On top, the food there served at dinner (for a fee) is amazing!

It’s clean, the personnel are lovely, and above all, its a gorgeous building.

Attention to detail was excellent, as was the decor. Unusual design with many attractive features. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun. The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too! We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.

A lovely place to stay. Room was huge! Bed was comfy, shower was hot! Breakfast basket overflowing! Hosts very welcoming.

The apartament was great, spacious and had everything what we needed. It is in the city center so the localization was also great.
