Accommodation in Subbiano

Easy parking for motorcycle, I loved the funky collection of memorabilia. Excellent meal, all at a really reasonable price and friendly staff.

Food was excellent. Bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. Sheets were excellent quality - soft and even ironed.

Beautiful location with spectacular views, very authentic dinner experience - full tuscan menu. We were the only guests at the farm and still we were perfectly cared for. Dog friendly. Very stylish interior, romantic candlelit rooms with no electricity (only in common areas and bathrooms). Great place to relax in nature. The road up to the farm is an adventure itself (but doable).

We had both accomodations booked, so we had the entire property to ourselves. The host lives in the house attached to the appartments. Mauro is a very kind and discreet host, but was available whenever we needed him. The views, the pool, the cleanliness of the appartments: everything was amazing! Despite the very warm weather (35+ degrees) the place offers plenty of sitting areas outside in the shade and the appartments doesnt get extremely warm. However do note that there is no airco nor fans. We were okay without. The sweet cats and the lovely vegetables from Mauro’s garden were a very nice addition to our stay! We would definitely come back here and would highly recommend it to families and/or couples.

Very charming house and garden. Federico is a wonderful host. His dog and cat are heart winning. Everything was very very nice. We could park our camper van right on the other side if the street. (I did not want to destroy overhanging branches at the garden gate with my big means of transport. Though, there‘d been enough space at the villa‘s parking lot.)

Excellently positioned in the hills with a nice view at very quiet place. Great swimming pool. Good for group of friends or larger family. Very friendly host.

The owners of the accomodation are fabulous, they make you feel you are part of the family. The appartement has everything you wish for. Beautiful modern design. It even has an elevator from the basement were you park your car, to the first floor were your appartement is. The view from the ceiling to floor windows is amazing. The best place we have stayed in, in the last couple of years.

Host was extremely nice to us. Helped us with everything we needed. Nature is beautiful and dogs are really cute. Location is really nice and so is the house. Thankful for everything.
