The views were amazing, staff was so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was one the best i've ever had.

This apartment was very spacious and clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Excellent value for money and was in a perfect location on the island. The beds were really comfortable and we had a lovely stay. We only wish we were here for longer! I would stay here again next time for sure

Everything was amazing! The location is special, the staff super friendly and accomodating. Top quality restaurant, and the private hotel beach for afternoon drinks and swimming was really amazing. Wish we had extended our stay here.

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

We stayed in lake view room (the extra cost is well worth it). Very clean, breakfast was very nice, perfect to start the day. service was very helpful and friendly. Loved that they give out free bike rental. The bikes were excellent to get around quicker. Staff couldn't help you more. Thank you PERFECTO!

Extremely nicely decorated and well set up. Comfortable bed, lots of storage room for cloth. Fantastic Wifi we could do work webcalls without interruptions. Very pleasant and super helpful host Davide. Location right at lake. We went swimming just around the corner. Close to ferry to MontIsola. Davide gave many tips on restaurants and attractions. Great stay. Hosts are friendly and kind. The view from the balony is magical. Perfect location: close to train station and water tram. In front of the building there is everything you need: cafe, supermarket, pizzeria and tiny pastizzeria. The apartement is not new, but it is spacy, superclean and well equipped.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for a holiday. The location is superb, right on the edge of the lake with a lovely terrace and very peaceful.

Location, very convenient close to ferry port and train station.

We spent several wonderful days here and truly felt at home. The view from the apartment is absolutely incredible — having our morning coffee overlooking the lake quickly became our favorite daily ritual. The evenings were just as special: peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly atmospheric. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, and you can really see the care and attention to detail throughout the space. A special thank you to the host for the warm hospitality and responsiveness — always available, helpful with recommendations, and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. This is one of those places you genuinely want to come back to. We would happily recommend these apartments to friends and would love to return ourselves someday!

Location near the lake, ferry and station. The house was very clean and all of us (4 persons) could sleep in separate rooms/parts of the house.

Location is perfect if you travel by train. Daniele was very friendly and sweet host! Recommended for sure.

Great location Modern and fully equipped Magnificent view

It feels like a 5-star hotel. The room is big, comfortable, clear and very clean. The bathroom is brand new and spotless. The owners are extremely welcoming. Nice breakfast. The location is fantastic, near the lake. The free parking is quite convenient. Strongly recommend.
