The hosts are very nice and welcoming people. They treat you almost like their personal guest. Location is very quiet, picturesque and convenient in the same time. You could walk 10 minutes to the train station and from there within 1.5 hour or less travel by train to Florence, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi.
