I liked that the hotel got late 70s~80s retro feel and well maintained. And room was large compared to other modern hotels in Japan. And amenities were great.

Felt more like I was staying at my family’s house rather than a hotel. It felt so warm and familiar, the staff were so friendly and not a single night was boring.

The location was perfect! It's a few mins away from the Saitama Shintoshin station and Cocoon City which makes it so accessible. The staff were all so extremely helpful and made our stay so pleasant. Even the checkin and checkout experience was seamless. The breakfast was simple, but very well prepared and delicious!
