Check-in time is earlier than all other Japanese hotels and check out time is later than all Japanese hotels. View from the window is great. Very close to shopping area.

Very clean and calm. Facilities were exceptional and the bed was very comfy. Decent breakfast was included; you also could lend some manga into your room to have a read (up to 10 books).

Everything about this brand new Toyoko Kokura hotel was fabulous! Yes the beds are extra firm, but not bad. Yes it takes about 10 minutes to walk there from the station, but not bad. The staff, the big twin room, the incredible view, the great breakfast, were all amazing for the low price. This hotel sets a new standard for Toyoko Hotels!

We stayed in the harbour view room with giant round window. It exceeding my expectations with the window being 2 floors high and endless ships and boats to watch. Access to the executive lounge meant we could have a drink and nibbles. The breakfast was also excellent.

It's an awesome value for the price, especially for the self-served food and drinks included! It was clean, well-maintained, check-in and check-out easy, lounge area cool. I liked the room and it felt spacious to me (much bigger than Kaikatsu CLUB rooms for example) and it's private enough (walls don't reach the ceiling though, so the air is shared and snoring, etc. can be heard).

Close to Lawson, donki, Uomachi, etc. staff extremely friendly and helpful, everything clean. Incredible.

There were so many facilities and toiletries in the room, e.g. massage chair, costumes, coffee machine, makeup remover, face toner/moisturizer, condoms etc. There’s a small vending machine selling sex toys. Room was extremely spacious. WiFi connection was stable and fast.

The house itself is not new, but it has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. It has everything you might need, including a toaster, rice cooker and dish dryer, and all the appliances are top quality. The Wi-Fi is also very good. There are eight beds across two floors, several tables, and plenty of space for both working and eating comfortably. The large parking area makes it easy to turn the car around, although the access road is narrow but manageable. It is clear that the host has genuinely thought about the guests’ comfort, and even the small details are carefully planned. I also appreciated that the host did not require us to fill out any forms: the necessary guest and passport information could simply be sent by email. This was very convenient and pleasantly set this property apart from many others.
