A traditional Japanese home overlooking a stunning Japanese garden. If you’re wondering, yes, it has those sliding paper doors. The owner lives close by and we met him and his lovely wife the next morning after checking in. It was nice of them to take us on a quick tour around the area. The place is perfect for a relaxing peaceful stay. Isurugi station is five minutes away and there is a convenience store nearby.

Located in Oyabe, Oyabe City Cycling Terminal offers a shared lounge. Free private parking is available and the hotel also provides bike rental for guests who want to explore the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is located on beautiful temple grounds, which you can visit. The rooms have been completely renovated and feel modern and peaceful while still retaining its Japanese charm. Our room even had a stunning bathtub, and the beds were incredibly cozy/ comfy. I slept like a baby. We were welcomed with tea, coffee, and a sweet, which was such a thoughtful touch and very yummy. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was spotless and very well maintained. Amenities were also great. The manager was very helpful and even called ahead to help arrange dinner for us, which was great as we cant speak Japanese. She also spoke perfectly in English! I recommend the yakitori restaurant - it was fantastic. The owners so sweet:) Overall, a unique and relaxing stay ..highly recommend. We would return when in the area again! Thank you so much

Impeccably decorated and it is clear that much care was taken with all the details, from welcome drinks in the refrigerator and fresh flowers, to pajamas and socks in the bedroom. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. The design and decoration of this home is beautiful! Mr Moto was welcoming and kind and provided local recommendations. The location is excellent and easily walkable to restaurants and shops. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend!!
