Accommodation in Sendai

Good location, nice staff. Good hotel.

The room was very comfortable for me as a solo-traveler. It's also really close to the station, so that meant I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage too far!

Fantastic hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Totally clean, huge rooms with separated bathtub and rainshower. Excellent service and welcoming personal, Ms. Fujita remembered my wish on the next day to keep my bag for a while after my checkout.

Close to the train station and tours, did not try the breakfast but it looked and smelled excellent, standard small Japanese room so if you are traveling light they are just right.

The hotel was perfectly situated, close the campus of the Tohoku university. Comfortable bed and shower. Two bottles of water included, good room service.

Really great location right near a major shopping arcade and many restaurants. While it’s a bit of a walk to Sendai station, it’s a really good walk, and there’s a subway station quite close as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the twin room I booked as Japanese hotel rooms are often quite small, so we had plenty of room. I like the classic/retro feel of the decor a lot and the staff were friendly.

Location and quality. One of the best places we stayed in Japan.

It's very close to the Sendai Station and the shopping area. The room is super clean and perfectly suitable for one or two people. There are quite some useful facilities, like various toiletries, microwave, and free drink, making my stay here convenient and warm. I would recommend all my friends to stay here and I would definitely book here next time when I visit Sendai again. Thank you KO KO Hotel!

The room size is big and comfortable. Has kitchen and microwave.

Very spacious house with wonderful views and a nice background garden. Furbished with a traditional tea house as well. Wonderful experience as the tea master host offers a traditional tea tasting ceremony (with instructions on etiquette)! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Enjoyed the free parking, amenities, shower etc. Well furnished and kept. Host was very friendly and would offer to send us off. I enjoyed living with sliding doors, and literally visiting someone’s home.

The room, bed and toilet were bigger than the standard size which was great.

The tatami floors, onsen and breakfast were amazing. Everything was very well maintained.

It was perfect, excellent location, cleanliness and everything was excellent and above and beyond the value. I will definitely go back there in the future.

Love the environment of the hotel and staff very nice and polite

Nice hotel, excellent service!

Excellent location and friendly helpful service.

Excellent quality hotel with modern and fresh decor in a good location. Attentive staff, impressive breakfast (set menu) with live flute music. Fantastic beds, nice bath in room plus public baths on top floor with free toiletries. Highly recommended.

Great amenities, convenient location to large attractions

The location is great, close to the train station and shopping malls. The room is standard Japanese hotel. The room may be small but it has everything you need.

several staff able to speak english

Spacious room, great modern shower/toilet, a lot of amenities & a very good location near sendai station

Hotel provides lotion, cream, mask, all girls need for a day and onsen at 2nd floor, 5mins walking to sendai train station

Very welcoming. Our luggage was stored safely and efficiently both before and after check-in. We were given a room up-grade and the spa experience was a real treat.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location

Perfect for solo travelers on the go. Bath was nice and tucked away in a strip mall.

Perfect location and I really appreciate the massage chair, I felt in love with it!
