Check-in went well in english. Room was great. service was great. Check-out was really smooth. I recommend the place :)

Location central to everything

Staff were amazing, and the room was super nice.

Very close to the train station, very spacious rooms. My child fell ill and the staff were very helpful in calling the ambulance for help. Thank you!

i left a bag of clothes after i left, they help me to keep it and reply my message so quick. Also the staff can speak english as well， they were so helpful and nice Many combini surround the hotel ，is esay to access， also a 24 hours Mcdonold as well

Room is big enough and you have enough space to relax. Lowson is first floor and restaurants are around the hotel

Very convenient place for travelling but breakfast option is not good at all. No options to select. We stayed there for six days and had breakfast only two days. Other days we had from outside.

Really cosy lodging! I was surprised at the quality of the rooms - they’re really big with locks for privacy! I always felt at ease. It reminded me of houses I’ve stayed in growing up in Europe. There is a washing machine at the accommodation, near the super spacious shower room, just not a dryer. There’s a shared kitchen, and dining table and sofa in the living room. The host was really supportive and lively and gave me a tour of the area, including the local automated coin laundry place just down the road which has dryers too. The location is great for accessing the local 7-eleven, and the station is a short walk down a few blocks.

I was assigned at level 4. To my surprise, there is no lift. I was not alerted at the beginning. Getting up by staircase, which is not well covered. I would be soaked wet if the rain came. Luckily, my 2 nights' stay was dry. Getting the key was challenging. The instruction did not mention how to open the keybox. I spent a good 30 minutes until Bravo. I managed to pull outwards from the top to open the keybox. It will be good if help is given, a conversation will do . Almost giving up, but I'm glad to open the keybox. The pluses are good large bed, good heater, well equipped kitchen and generous supply of towels and tissues..

Really directly connected to Tachikawa station. Many eating places around (lovely bakery just downstairs). Staff were very helpful even when some had issues with English (they always tried their best). Some said the room was small but my room had enough space to put 2 luggages (I asked for an extra luggage rack). It wasn’t “spacious” in that sense, but definitely not as tight as many other Japanese hotels we’ve been to. Amenities provided were pretty good (Pola toiletries and even bath salts!). The room had an electric kettle and hairdryer. You take the tea and drip coffee bags from the lobby. There is also a simple coffee machine in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable… we had a good stay!

The facilities and the comfort are excellent. Even the staff is very helpful. The check in and check out process are easy and private. But the location is quite far from Tokyo so you might want to consider that when booking this property
