Before booking I did alot of research and was debating between this property and one in Shinjuku. I am SO glad I chose this one! It’s central but also peaceful and perfect to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 older teens. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Tokyo! The nearest train station is Suitengumae on the purple line, which is a short 7-8 mins walk. A little tricky to find it the first time. When leaving the property turn left and go up the stairs to cross the bridge, walk straight and the subway entrance is right next to the 7-11. We visited Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Tokyo Skytree and Disney - all of which were very easy to get to on the train. The room itself was fantastic! Exactly like the photos, and spotlessly clean. The view of the Sumida river was breathtaking, especially at night. The layout of the room was great, especially having two bedrooms and a balcony. The washing machine also dries clothes which was a big bonus being a family of 4. The shower room also has a drying function (recommend using google translate to find the drying button - see pic for English). Finally, the staff were amazing. Very good English, super friendly and helpful. They even organised our luggage transfer to our next hotel in Kyoto. We will definitely book again if returning to Tokyo!
