From the moment I entered the hotel it felt amazing. everything is perfectly designed, every detail is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. you can book a private onsen. The room was perfect ! spacious clean and comfortable. My window overlooked a temple. The bed was very comfortable. The had an amazing breakfast. They had a welcome drink at the bar. Their matcha and coffee are also great. Great Location next to the bus station and 12 minuets from the train station. The town itself is very lovely

On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna).
