Super spacious room, it listed as 23m but it was better than few 25m we’d stayed in, thanks to good planning. Quality towels and comfy bed. Well equipped gym. The hotel located in a central tower so you can have all you need without stepping out of the building if it rains (a bit pricey, but convenient). The parking lot is a bit high priced, but on the second night we could purchase 1500JPY ticket for 24 hours. You should check with the stuff on your arrival.

The location is also perfect as it’s a walking distance from Shibuya station and some local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.
