The highlight has to be the onsen baths. They were spacious, clean, relaxing, and designed well. The free snacks and drinks given throughout the day were excellent. The Japanese tatami theme of the hotel is unique, would highly recommend!

Hotel Staff. On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims. One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!

Lovely hotel. Spacious beautiful rooms. Very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Combini on the groundfloor. Metro station opposite building. 3 stops to Tokyo Station. Nice cafeteria on groundfloor. Will be back next time I am in Tokyo
