Wow! I loved everything, not one thing was less than perfect! Location is absolutely 💯 perfect 5 min from Hakone Yumoto station :) it was super clean! The room was spacious and everything you needed was there! Also stuff was so lovely and helpful so I couldn't recommend this more!

Great Location directly at the Yokohama Station, there are a lot of Restaurants directly around the hotel. Fitness room was sufficient, clean and provided towels as well as water. Room was sufficiently big.

This hotel is not in downtown but I'd prefer it any day over pricey downtown hotels, considering it's right in front if a train station, has huge grocery store close by and a smaller one within the hotel itself that you can grab food from. Service and amenities are all amazing. It feels to be in a deserted place but if you'd rather stay in a quiet neighborhood and travel to touristy places at your convenience, then this is a great choice.

The swimming pool was really nice with a great view of the city at night. The fitness room was a bit on the smaller side but very clean and convenient. On the morning we had a clear sky and our room had an amazing view of Fuji-san. The view in itself was worth the night without a doubt.
