All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The location has easy access to train station for travelers to carry their luggages in a walking distance. In additon the hotel is acessessible to shopping malls and restuarants.

It’s a modern hotel with great location and good value for money. We spent here our last night before heading home. We could leave our luggages for free at the reception after we checked out, so we still could enjoy our last day in the city. The location was fantastic in one of the best areas to explore. Only a few stops from Yokoyama station and also lots of restaurants in the area. We loved the facilities on the premises, especially the laundromat and the communal lounge and dining area. Overall the hotel was a great surprise.
