Really spacious rooms and friendly staff! There is a restaurant and bakery on the reception level that is really convenient. We loved our short stay here and will definitely come back if we’re in Yokohama again.

The host was really friendly and helpful. The room and common space both well-equipped. The hotel overall has a homey vibe that you don't usually get in Tokyo. Great value for the price. Location is convenient as well.

The hotel's breakfast had a huge variety of delicious foods, and the free serving of ramen offering in the evenings was filling and flavorful. The onsen was really a unique feature that we both enjoyed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very helpful. The location can't be beat if you want to be within walking distance of food, Senso-ji temple, and a subway station.

The hotel is in a very comfortable place, it is near the station, so it is easy to reach. As it was our last day in Japan, the hotel was perfect for it, convenience stores are easy to reach, everything is within walking distance, personel in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and with a great view. We were able to have a good nights rest before our flight and used hotels provided transportation early in the morning to go to the airport.

Amazing location, really enjoy being in the heart of Shibuya but being able to retreat as needed, to a quiet and funky accommodation. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Great room service. Buffet breakfast was incredible and also a great place for an afternoon drink.
