The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to reach all the main spots in Tokyo. And the rooftop terrace? The view is simply breathtaking and unforgettable. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was immaculate and even came with a speaker, the lighting was modern and intuitive, and the toilet was amazing! I love the bidet and how it has a shower and a bath. The comfort levels were exceptional and the breakfast was delectable. I would definitely come here again.

The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

The views were also incredible from the 35th floor: The reception organised our luggage delivery to the next stop without any issue the morning of checkout (I would leave an extra 10-15 mins for this process). The location was fantastic as it was right in the nightlife district and despite being the red light district at no point did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable however we were travelling as a couple. The main Shinjuku station (where you can catch JR trains) is about a 10 min walk but you can access this from the subway underground that is 5 mins away from the hotel.
