I loved my stay in this property! Capsules are so comfortable, there is a small window, hangers and it is very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, common areas are very cozy. I enjoyed my welcome drink and the dinner with candlelights at evening.

I loved the room with tatami and private onsen. The lounge and the drink counter were amazing. The feeling is super positive as soon as you enter the door, it’s like a spa. I suggest at least 2 nights to fully enjoy che place. Public onsen need a renovation maybe. Difficult to find the meeting point for the shuttle. Overall, relaxing and peaceful stay. I’d love to come back.

Very new, modern and stylish. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, with a wide comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Location is convenient for HND airport.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

The breakfast was onsite and very nice. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel is right next to the train station so it is super convenient when coming from the airport.

Awesome location within walking distance of all of Shinjuku. Great view and VERY comfortable bed. Excellent soundproofing. Very helpful staff.
