From the moment I entered the hotel it felt amazing. everything is perfectly designed, every detail is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. you can book a private onsen. The room was perfect ! spacious clean and comfortable. My window overlooked a temple. The bed was very comfortable. The had an amazing breakfast. They had a welcome drink at the bar. Their matcha and coffee are also great. Great Location next to the bus station and 12 minuets from the train station. The town itself is very lovely

A quiet respite away from the hustle and bustle of tokyo but in close proximity to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. My friends and I requested for extra keys to the rooms and the owners were happy to provide us with it. We also arrived early for check-in and the owners allowed for early check-in for one of the rooms as it was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the owners.

On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims. One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!
