The staff were also very patient and helpful - we had some hiccups (on our own end) trying to upgrade our room, but they solved it efficiently and were super understanding, which we really appreciated.

Guest rooms in the accommodation are equipped with a TV and a hairdryer. Room was spacious and clean, there was sufficient space to open up our luggages (hard to find in Tokyo at affordable rates). A quiet respite away from the hustle and bustle of tokyo but in close proximity to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. My friends and I requested for extra keys to the rooms and the owners were happy to provide us with it. We also arrived early for check-in and the owners allowed for early check-in for one of the rooms as it was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the owners.
