Everything was perfect, from the moment we stepped in, the staff was welcoming and the check-in process took less than 5 minutes), the room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, they sent us a whole iron with stand to use for free! they also sent us extra coffee/tea sticks, I highly recommend this hotel for even longer stays. Staff were amazing, if I was to visit again I'd totally rebook with em.

I had an amazing stay at Tilia. The building is very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout. You don't have to worry about electricity shortage there, they have multiple generators. The gym is very well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. The rooms were spotless and comfortable too. What really stood out though, was the staff. They were incredibly nice and responsive, going above and beyond every time I had a request to make sure my stay was comfortable. I'll definitely be back, highly recommend!
