We loved the views from the room, the huge comfy bed and top of the list the hot and high pressure shower. The meals were huge,we loved the morning juice. The hosts are a hardworking couple who are expanding their business, we wish them all the best.

This family guesthouse is a really wonderful experience. We arrived a little earlier than planned and the room was promptly made available for us. They helped with all of our questions & arranged a bike for us and we had a lovely breakfast every morning on the balcony. We loved our stay here, the whole place is beautifully designed and has the most stunning views of tea field and mountains. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and large bathroom. Full length windows allow you to take in the amazing scenery and there is a balcony to relax on. The restaurant serves delicious Sri Lankan food, we had dinner here and it was incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The owner/manager is passionate about hospitality and has created a beautiful hotel with a focus on design and service and incorporates the traditions and lives of local village residents on a stunning portrait gallery in the dining room.

Vantage Hills made our honeymoon extra special - Special thanks to mr Gamini and his family for the warm hospitality and making us feel so at home during the 4 days we were here. We chose to stay in Haputale over Ella, being mostly interested in hiking, great food and experiencing a more local atmosphere and we’re so glad we did and found this beautiful hotel. Our room (nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean) was set in a pretty jungle garden and we woke up every morning to beautiful views of the tea fields, mountains and nationals parks beyond. It had great balcony for relaxing and reading a book on. The breakfast (with the best breakfast view) is very tasty, and the lunch and dinner are great too, especially convenient if it rains later in the day. The food served here was without exception great. We’d definitely book this place again when coming back to Haputale!

I've been to White Monkey 8 years ago and I am here again! Breathtaking views, peaceful and quiet location and almost no tourists around! You will definitely fall in love with this place and plan to come back! The family is helpful and friendly, the dogs are super cute. Another plus is hot water in the shower. We also enjoyed the tradition of gathering at the same table with other guests for dinner. Eating delicious homemade food and sharing experiences. P.S. Highly recommend taking a bus to the factory and then walking the remaining 7 km to the Lipton's seat on foot.
