Turtle Moon Lodge didn't just meet our expectations, It beautifully surpassed them. The huge Deluxe Family Room, with its comfortable living area and balcony, was a haven of space and serenity. The indirect ambient lighting added a warm and inviting touch. Impeccably clean and offering excellent value, it came with all the modern comforts, including fast Wi-Fi. The balcony, in particular, became our cherished sanctuary, perfect for peaceful morning coffees as we listened to the birds singing. Each day began with a delightful breakfast spread, enjoyed while overlooking the lush green gardens and featuring a wonderful fusion of Western and Sri Lankan specialties. There was a generous variety of dishes, all prepared fresh, accompanied by tea, coffee, and local fruits such as mango, papaya, guava, pineapple, banana, and watermelon. The resort's prime location, just steps from the pristine beach, was an absolute privilege. We are especially grateful to the thoughtful owner for arranging our unforgettable tours. Witnessing the sea turtle hatchlings, the main attraction of this beautiful beach and colorful bird watching by the nearby lagoon were true highlights. What truly sets Turtle Moon Lodge apart, however, is its people. The owner's genuine warmth and willingness to go above and beyond made every moment feel special. In summary, our experience was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery, exceptional service, and luxurious comfort have created memories we will forever treasure. We wholeheartedly recommend Turtle Moon Lodge to couples and families seeking a romantic, relaxing beach escape in Sri Lanka. We are already dreaming of our return.

Rohan and his wife were incredibly genuine and generous. They were my favorite part of my trip and the most memorable. Very thankful for them and their kindness. They went above and beyond, even driving me to and from Tangalle for medical care. They were always willing to help, including arranging transportation and picking me up after the nighttime Turtle Watch. The breakfasts were gorgeous and delicious. The accommodation was beautiful and its bathroom was particularly nice. The setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend 🩷

we stayed here already before some years ago. The villa is in mint condition, very clean and the staff is really helpful. The location is right on the almost empty beach, so you can have a Robinson feeling... We went swimming in the ocean right in front of the property - no problem. The Germany owners run a restaurant right next to the villa -also on the beach - with very jummy food. The restaurant is called "Blue Dolphin" - do not miss to eat there. Sure we will return in one or two years time ......

This place is super special. Tucked away in a family home. The room and facilities were of a very high standard, clean and most satisfying. The owners were really accommodating. They really could not have done anymore. They checked in on me everyday, whilst allowing me to enjoy my alone time. The breakfast was above and beyond. It felt like I was eating at a palace. They served me western and Sri Lankan food, encouraging me to try new variations. The owners themselves are just wonderful people, who will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
