This is a very charming hotel, with lovely gardens and a very good breakfast, perfect for a restful wekend.

Staff were very accommodating! I had no Spanish and they had no English, however this did not matter and we both tried our best. Location was perfect. Basic accommodation but good value for money.

The property grounds are beautiful and well kept Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful The room was spaces and the bed very comfortable.

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Beautiful setting and vues on the volcano. Very spacious room with good amenities. Very romantic.

Great shower with hot water, comfortable bed, clean and modern space. There was a coffee maker, sink and small fridge in the kitchen area. I really enjoyed going in the pool and sitting in the garden. It's located right next to La Escalera Ancha and is a short walk to the zocalo.

Great location, super quiet room, host added a fan, maid did a great job bringing us extra towels, Host (Rafa) gave us lots of ideas of where to eat and what to do,
