The place is right next to the bus station and market. Everything is in waking distance. But what we really liked about this apartment was that it had everything we needed - even a washing machine and detergent (which is nice for long-term travelers). Free water was also provided and the kitchen was very big. They had several fans and air-conditioning. All around the house, the host left friendly little notes letting us know how everything works. We can really recommend to stay there.

Very curated apartment - every detail is looked into - all you need for a continental breakfast ( coffee, fruit, juice, bread , butter & jam , eggs are available in the kitchen . Very quiet apartment even if middle in the town . Sebastien is an excellent host and. Can provide yoh with all the information you need . I am glad i have chosen this property - i have seen all the other options i had saved ( in real life, while in Campeche) and this really had it all. I slept there with my 10 year old daughter

Great place! Small and quiet garden. Comfortable place for visiting Campeche. There is a place for car on the street and it is 10 minutes walk to the center. Very good contact with host, he was very friendly with excellent recomendations for breakfast and city tour.

Luca was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The shared areas were great, including a nice little kitchenette with kettle, fridge and a place to eat. A really good place to stay. Close to both the Centro and the sea. Walmart a five minute walk. Definitely recommend it.

We liked everything about this place. We loved it from the first sight. Spacious, well equipped, nicely decoraded with stylish forniture, clean, with 3 balconies and the view toward the see and Malecom! And what a location, just in the middle of Old Town Campeche. We have stayed in a few accommodations in Mexico and this was by far the best and well decorated. Communication with José is super easy and very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning works perfectly. You can really see the love that has gone into the decor and surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Located directly to the walking street in campeche. Lovely house and super great accommodation. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Great help from our hosts with great tips for our short stay. We are really sad that our time was so limited in campeche. Strong recommendation to stay with Sebastién.

Great accommodation! We loved the set-up of this hotel. We had 3 rooms and these were all comfortable. But best was the common area and kitchen that we could use. As we were traveling with 2 families, this was an excellent set-up. We could prepare lunch and breakfast (and dinner if we would have liked). Also on walking distance to the center of Campeche. All in all a fantastic stay in this hotel.
