Very friendly staff and great location, an oasis in the middle of the town. Great with free coffee in the morning. Clean and quiet with good WiFi. The staff provided useful information about sights and things to do. If I ever came back to Valladolid I would stay here again.

This hotel is AMAZING: the breakfast is awesome, the staff is the best, the beds are comfortable. Just the whole hotel, its location and its atmosphere are lovely!

Wonderful surprise! The hotel was fantastic!l, very clean. The reception service was amazing. They took my pre-booking requests into consideration and were very attentive, even regarding the check-out. We had a great rest! The location is close to the city center but far enough away to offer free parking at the hotel.

The location is really good. It's close to super markets, restaurants, the bus station, the cenotes and the collectivo for Chichen Itza. The beds all have privacy curtains and AC at night to keep the room cool. There's plenty of showers with hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor pool area is great! Booked one night, but ended up staying for a week and a half! Would recommend 10/10.

The location is great! It’s a perfect opción if you’re planning to visit the Cenotes around & you want something to sleep & rest during your stay.

everything went smoothly with our stay here. we felt safe and the staff were accommodating and friendly. rooms are cleaned daily but you can opt out of this by placing a card given to you on the bed. the pool was small but fun, and since the hotel is small we often had it to ourselves. we were able to drop our bags to the hotel early, and they were kept behind the desk where a member of staff was sat, so seemed relatively safe. the location was great, just a short walk to the main square, lots of restaurants, and even a cenote!

Very clean, good location, nice pool. A recommandation. This magnificent hotel is located both side of a street. Try to have a room on the office side if you want a little kitchen and a frig. If it is not important for you, take a room on the pool side, quiet and nice view to the pool. I will return. There is a free continental breakfast included.

Very well located in the centre of town, nice Colonial Style hotel, services are convenient, parking is perfect and located inside the hotel area..

Good place, nearby central square and bus station, and so awesome going to cenote Zaci and refresh swimming during midday heat.

Manolo is an incredible person and made sure I had all information I needed for my stay. The hostal is very centrally located (a few seconds walk and you're at the main square) and yet very quiet at night. The room was quite comfortable and I had all amenities I needed. I'd stay here again for sure.

Very spacious and comfortable apartments with a private garden and a small pool. Perfect location right in the historic center, just 200 meters from the main city park. Comfortable beds, a large living room, a big refrigerator, and three bathrooms.

Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right behind the cathedral so the location is super central. Receptionist are super helpful and kind.
