Especially the Manager Oswaldo who allowed us to switch our dates around at no extra cost while we were there so that we could visit Bacalar when the weather was windy on the coast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

United KingdomThe room I had looked out over the beach and the sea, and it was beautiful. The staff were really friendly and the owner was a lovely chap. The food made onsite was very reasonably priced and delicious. The chill out areas were great too. Nicely tucked away so no passing trade or loud noises from establishments. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back one day.

Very nice guys nice pool, big fammily room, nice location, 2nd row from the sea, which means there is no beach club. That means no sun beds under umbrellas like the hotels in the front row. We ended up staying more days than planned, there were no cruise ships in the middle of July. A lot of animals (cat,frog,turtles…)

Everything was more than perfect, so clean, cozy and green hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and they have such a cute animals that I loved to pet all the time. :) The breakfast was, so fresh, healthy and delicious. It was one of the best places in our stay in Mexico. :)

The place had a homely feel to it and the staff was super service minded and friendly. Nice terrace outside the room and a good rooftop area. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Also with good ac and shower. Breakfast was lovely (fresh fruit and yoghurt). Would definetly stay here again.

There was HOT water for the shower!! :))))) I hadn't had hot water for
10 days prior at my other accommodations
There's a GYMMMMM - and it's AWESOMEEEEE!
The air conditioning was quiet and worked AWESOME!
