Could not fault our stay, it was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! From the minute we arrived to the day we left. It was amazing!

Wonderful boutique hotel with large rooms and delightful relaxation areas with a large pool, sun loungers, bar and dining space. The owners made our stay so enjoyable, we would highly recommend a stay at this tranquil hotel.

The staff were brilliant, happy to help at any time of the day (Erik Medina especially would always go the extra mile to help) the facilities were outstanding with a wide range of food options. 10/10

The resort was an amazing place for our getaway. Great food, wonderful service and delightful people! We loved the daily volleyball games in the pool and getting to know other travelers!

4th visit to this resort but first time at the suites. Room was huge, very comfortable and well maintained. Staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. Food quality and variety was excellent as were the drinks. Good variety of entertainment day and evening. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Blisko do plaży - to jedyny atut

Excellent comfortable apartment, in beautiful surroundings. In a very good location, with many great things to do in no more than a 30min drive. We all loved the swimming pool looking out over the jungle, watching the coatis.

Very relaxing atmosphere in the jungle, cabana beautiful, comfortable beds, good sleep, excellent pool and places to chill. Very tranquil place. Staff exceptional, helpful, friendly. Great place to stay longer time than 3 days like we did, The only problem is getting around. Taxis are expensive and charge from every extra move you make, 500 pesos for 10 min drive to the beach. Would highly recommend car rent ( which I realised too late:)), lots of places to go to in the area- nature parks, adventure parks, cenotes. Breakfast at the property really good. Possible to have dinner, which is homemade, drinks during the day. Felt really cared for and would come back 100 percent!

Beautiful Location in the forest. Cote, John and their employees really look after their little paradise and have created a cute getaway. The bungalows are basic, but made with a lot of love. You'll find a small kitchen, big fridge, free water and coffee. They also provide a great personal guide with a lot of tips for the region. And of course they didn't forget to provide some kid's books and toys. :-) All in all: The perfect getaway and starting point for a family or people who like to be in a green environment. There is a lot of wildlife on the premises as well. We saw many different animals which our kids absolutely loved. For us as parents it was nice to have a place to come back to and relax after our daytrips. The swimming pools are clean and perfectly sized. After going to Bacalar for a few days we returned for two additional nights because our kids really wanted to go back to this little paradise. A big grocery store (Super Chedraui) is located about a 10min drive away. You'll get everything you need there. They also rent a small car at the facility. Just ask them.

This place is a little bit outside the center of Akumal, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. It feels like a hidden jungle escape, very peaceful and full of charm. The room is spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen that has everything you need and a good-sized bathroom. There’s parking available, dogs are welcome, and the property itself is beautiful, with two pools and a really relaxing atmosphere. But what truly makes this place stand out is the owners, they are incredibly kind and welcoming! I stayed four nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. I would 100% recommend this place.

Our stay in the Grand Palladium White Sands has been wonderful. To begin with, our check in at reception with Angel was already off to a good start, even after having some trouble with our paying, he was so patient and helpful, but overall very kind to us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade, which made our stay even better. Booking our restaurants ahead the night we arrived, helped us enjoy a lot of the gastronomy the hotel has to offer, which overall was very good. Special thanks to Alan, from the Portofino restaurant, and to David from Sumptuori. Also, in our last dinner at the Sumptuori, the manager surprised us with an instant picture he took from us at the beginning of the dinner, which was later served on top of our dessert as a memory. Further we also had some great activities that we booked through our concierge Cielo and David, whose attention was extraordinary, and made us feel so happy and thankful to have them. Shoutout to the cat that lives in the building that waited for us to get home every night, Kevin. And to the people of palladium entertainment, Alessandra, Donaldo, David, Ricardo, and the others, whose activities and energy were contagious and made us have a good time. Also to the other people who were not mentioned in this review, thank you so much for the experience, if we had to say one thing which was the best it has to be the service, therefore thank you to all staff members. We spent a week at Kantenah in Jan 2025. Overall the hotel is very nice, the facilities are good, rooms are clean, good range of restaurants, great pools for kids and a really nice white sand beach right in front of the hotel.

The room, Beach and pools are great. the kindness of breakfast staff in The Nest restaurant. The buttler was also very heplful. Our family loved the variety of restaurantes and quality of food

The hotel was incredible and staff fabulous. The butlers in villa70 went above and beyond to help make it a special experience, a huge thank you to all the team in Capricho restaurant (the breakfast and lunch service so special) and I would recommend upgrading to the premium experience, Ivan around the pool really looked after us and it's really worth it for all the added benefits.

The property altogether , flora , fauna , birds , food , very kind and helpful personnel , it was a great choice and I recommend it . They also have many activities so you wouldn’t get bored .

Very beautiful territory, great hostess (Cecelia). In the morning, we had a breakfast gifted to us, they helped us with all our baggage and getting to the room. I’m very keen on returning!
