The front desk staff is very cooperative. Keep it up.

Swimming pool and the staff and hotel was excellent beautiful I loves Oman me and my husband had a wonderful time

we like the room ,gym and swimming pool

Friendly staff and very clean , highly recommended

the breakfast and location was great- accessibility to mall and to the beach was good and close enough to airport

We had a great stay at Tulip Residence in a 2-bedroom, which was in excellent condition. The location is unbeatable—close to the airport and essential services—and the basement parking with direct access to the apartment was very convenient. A special thanks to the receptionists Ahmed, Ahmed, and Khadija for their wonderful assistance 10/10 with our late check-out

Everything is perfect. Location, staff, rooms, food

Very decent and helpful staff. Excellent location. Clean comfortable room and excellent cost wise. Hospitality at its best

Friendly staff Fast internet Beautiful Comfortable and clean hotel

The host was really polite and helpful

All place & room & manager very good

Owner Mr Mohaned AlAlmani is a gem of a person. Always smiling and welcoming. Reception staff are very kind and helpful. Mr AlAlmani and the lady receptionist speak fluent English. Constantly checking if everything is in order and if we need anything. Free unlimited qahwa (Omani Coffee) and dates in reception. Constant smell of Frankincense (Bakhoor) in the reception and lounge. Lift to take you to your floor. Parking for about 6 cars. On one night we could not get a space to park but managed to park on an adjoining street. Room was clean. Tea Coffee making facilities. Small fridge. Comfortable beds. Towels and basic toiletries provided. Reliable Wifi and Airconditioning. Breakfast was really good and served in the room. Breakfast has everything you need. Breakfast items ranged from day to day but always included Fresh fruit, bottle of juice, bottle of milk, yogurt, fresh toast, croissant, muffins, butter, soft cheese + sliced cheese, jam, honey etc. There are a couple of restaurants around the hotel which serve mainly Indian dishes. Restaurant opposite the hotel delivered to our room.

I really like the place, it's big, super clean, and they provide you with flip flops to be inside. The location it's very nice, close to main roads and also the parking spot was right at the door. Mona was very helpful.

It’s clean and peaceful and also close to the mall and airport

The property is in a great location, only 5–7 minutes from the airport and very close to the City Centre Mall. It was convenient, clean, and made my stay comfortable.
