It’s a fantastic oasis with comfy beds, airy rooms and beautiful grounds. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with fresh, delicious food. The spa is an added little bonus.

The staff were great: Ramon, Checo and Daniel. Daniel was super on top of things. From the get go we knew what was going to happen. All of them accommodated translation in both English and Spanish. Took their time and we made it!!! This was a very doable experience., I never did a Via Ferrata nor Ziplining nor an extreme sport before and I was very proud. My partner was his first time too, but he is more fit then I am. The facilities were clean, comfy, cozy. SkyLodge was the best bed we had slept in, from our entire Peru trip and that says quite a lot. All instructions were easy to understand and we felt extremely safe all the way. We had the highest pod and had no issue moving between our and the dining pod, even in the dark! There was wind blowing, however nothing too drastic shaking the pod, as some reviews stated(and we did have very strong winds that night- it rained that night) not too much noise as some reviewers experienced from below traffic or the train and only some lights from the towns below but nothing too bad (close the curtains on that side if ur bothered) The food was great, we felt like VIP's and all were truly genuine in their service and hospitality. From our hotel pick up to our drop off (we had a massage appointment to make in Cusco that afternoon) they went out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience one out of this world♥️. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo 🐸 and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

The facilities were amazing !! The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. We couldn’t enjoy of the breakfast buffet because we had to leave early for a trip, but the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag to take away, really appreciated it.
