My MOST FAVORITE hotel in Oslob and I recommend everyone who wants to enjoy oslob to stay here! Sunsets and sunrises from this property are breathtaking. The staff will arrange for the whale sharks snorkeling without even the slightest problems and the staff members are such sweethearts! They went out of their way to assist us during the stay and even took care of us like we were family! Would 1000% recommend this place!

If you are looking for a nice place off the beaten path, this is a great spot. Diving spot right next door is awesome and the staff was amazing. Cook makes some great food as well.

Staying at Emoha was so far our best experience while travelling in the Philippines. From the first step into the property we felt at ease. The resort is beautifully designed, clean, quiet, as it’s away from the main road and safe. All the facilities are well maintained, organized and well taken care of, starting from the floor of the resort up to the roof which to me looked like engineer’s masterpiece. Rooms are very specious with a big balcony and amazing view, quiet AC, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with strong water pressure and abundance of hot water, drinking water was available at the water station downstairs. Resort has a swimming pool, hammocks and you can also order massage and will be accommodated with massage beds right there in the garden with soothing sea breeze. During our stay we visited Oslob Whale Shark watching point which is 20 minutes drive away and Aguinid Falls, we went snorkelling every day and couldn’t get enough of it! Special thanks to our gracious host Lottie who welcomed us, Rafael resort's diving instructor who shared about great coral reef wonders which were just a step away from the resort, helpful and smiling girls and wonderful chef who amazed us with her cooking skills. In the future we would definitely like to stay at Emoha and can recommend it to someone who’s looking for a comfortable stay with great style.

We had the best stay here! This small quiet hostel is in the perfect location if you have come to Oslob to see the whale sharks. It's right opposite the entrance to the walk in tickets but also if you want to explore it's an easy 15 mins motorcycle or TukTuk ride into Oslob town. We found Oslob so charming and authentic, all the people are so welcoming and friendly. Ken who is the main host at Way Shack is brilliant. He made our 2 nights stay in Oslob so relaxing and helped us with everything. He has good English so easy to communicate with and is very professional and personable. The room is basic but clean and comfortable with a large space for luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is clean, the location is great, the food is delicious, the prices are very affordable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking — a million-dollar view! The room was spacious, and both the bed linen and towels were perfectly clean and spotless. But what truly made this place special was the staff. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. No matter what you need or what questions you have, they are always happy to assist and give you the best recommendations. I was travelling solo and celebrating my birthday here, and the staff made it unforgettable. They surprised me with birthday wishes and a cake with a candle. They made sure I didn’t feel alone, and that small but incredibly thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. It was one of the sweetest birthday memories I will always cherish. They can also help you arrange almost any tour around Cebu and are always ready to make your trip easier and more enjoyable. Since Grab and regular taxis are not available in the area, they can also arrange a tricycle (tuk-tuk) whenever you need one. The driver was equally polite, friendly, and always made sure I safely reached my destination. I am truly grateful to the entire team for their kindness, hospitality, and genuine care. You are the best team! Thank you so much for making my stay and my birthday so special. I would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

Bathroom could be better. Showerhead was no good. No shower curtain or anything to prevent flooding the whole bathroom.

Beautiful place with wonderful and spacious rooms.

The staff is very nice. We met Bella who showed us around after her shift (to the beach and city center) and recommended some good place for local food. The room as very bright and pretty. The breakfast was good and big.

Germaroze far exceeded our expectations. For about 20USD per night, we got a basic room, but with an amazing ocean view. I got to wake up each morning to an incredible sunrise. Like I said, the room is basic, but it was clean and nice. The pool was also fantastic and there were some great areas to sit and relax and/or work. We also had breakfast made for us one morning. 100pesos for an omelet, toast and coffee is a pretty great deal. She did a great job too. I also rented a scooter for 500pesos per day that did the job well too. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Germaroze and would highly recommend them.

The hotel is new, staff of property are professional

Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Lucia, it's NEW, clean, staff are very kind and attentive BUT needs more hospitality training (I almost paid extra for an extra bed but good I checked my booking and discovered that I did not need to because the room they gave me lacked an extra bed and informed the front office staff about it) and breakfast is good and quite filling.

I booked last minute due to a mix up with my other accommodation and I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the place was as I arrived at the reception. The staff then made every effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable and offered a discount on my meal and drink in the very nice outdoor restaurant on site. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you are in the area the facilities have a modern aesthetic and are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Clean room with big bed and everything you need. Working AC. Quiet. Reasonably priced. Easily accessible from the bus stop - 5 min walking. The hosts are amazing. They will help you book your whale sharks trip. They also sell beer at pretty reasonable price. I've had a good rest here. If I ever go back to Oslob, I'd stay here again no doubt.

Fe was the absolute kindest. She made sure I was well taken care of and even ensured I had company. She even cooked for me on my birthday! I loved the place especially how close it is to the beach. The free kayak was a bonus. Love the place, the friendly neighbours and company. Fe is an absolute Angel. I will never forget her and JRM place!
