Excellent food, amazing waterpark for kids

Perfect place to stay when visiting Karpacz area; easy to drive in, close to facilitaties. Breakfast was very rich. Great selection of saunas. But what we liked the most - 19th century design that gives the feeling of castle, spacious and very well gardened area around and especially the chill area downstairs by the mountain river.

Great location next to forest and great view from apartment to the garden area with the a jacuzzi and spa. Our room had a hyfrotherapy bath tub as well as an infrared sauna place in the bathroom. 15mins walk to the center

Everything was top notch and as expected and the location was great.

We stayed with my wife and our 9 month old son for 7 nights in this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't say anything negative, everything was amazing - our room, super rich breakfast and dinner, incredibly large wellness area, hotel location, simply a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back, because we enjoyed our stay to the fullest 🙏🙏👍👍

The hotel is new and very modern. Our room was clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient. Just a few steps from the main boardwalk in Karpacz. The underground parking was easy to navigate and park. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The included gourmet breakfast and desserts were exceptional! We had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, fast wifi, desk with chair, sofa. Variety of great food for breakfast and several options for a dinner. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to actively spend time by playing table tenis, billiard, swimming pool, sauna (several types). Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Perła Karkonoszy is located in the centre, close to restaurants and shops, it offers big parking so we felt safe leaving our car. It is a nice addition to stay that we could use SPA facilities and enjoy billiard in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The hotel's restaurant was the best Italian food I've had for some time - from the pasta to the pizza, everything on the menu heartily recommended!

Great breakfast, huge and comfy parking, nice room with beatiful view over Karpatka. Spooky and classy watch tower visible form the distance makes navigating back home easy. The hotel have long history going back to XIX century. The staff is very helpful the owners take care of guests in person. Strongly recommend for serious tourists. Great location.
