The manager Mari! She helped us immediately after noticing that we made a mistake in our reservation. She made our weekend GREAT. Excellent worker and manager. The property is eye attractive, clean and very well organized. The restaurant Melao is very good. Excellent breakfast. The team is very social and servicial. The location in front of Plaza Las Delicias is great!

Our room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, plenty of water in the shower, the balcony overlooked the property and ocean. In fact, the way the terraces were designed, there was plenty of privacy. One was not even aware of neighbors. At night, we kept our sliding glass doors open, and the room was still very quiet. The staff was wonderful and we got to know them a bit. Always helpful, always nice and always cheerful and kindly. The pool was lovely and even on Super Bowl weekend, was never crowded. And in fact, because there is a giant tv screen in the bar/pool area, the staff organized the watching of the Super Bowl easy, making sure everyone had a seat. They played music at the bar area all day, but it was not super loud or annoying as I have experienced at other hotels. It was nice, cheery background music. The food was really good and plentiful. There were games available, too. Pickle ball courts, large chess set, board games, miniature golf, table tennis, swing sets, slides, and other things. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This apartment offers free private parking, private check-in and check-out, and free Wifi.
