We rented the villa for a company of 10 women and two children. It was an amazing experience. Comfortable villa, with stunning views, very comfortable beds, everything in this house spoke of aesthetics and beauty. Very quick responses from the villa hostess, all our requests we could talk through and get a solution. We would be very happy to return to this villa.

Food was excellent. And service was like we were coming home.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff were very helpful and kind. We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed very much. They were the kindest people in Madeira!

Very beautiful house in a nice quie, place. We were a family of 3. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed that has 2 mattresses. Our daughter slept there. We had a great time at the house, having everything we needed to cook and relax. Highly recommended.

The property is beautifully situated, clean, and luxurious. It has a beautiful infinity pool and a large, comfortable terrace next to the apartment with loungers, armchairs, and a table. It's the perfect place to watch beautiful sunsets. Delicious breakfasts are served in a small, cozy dining area under banana trees overlooking the ocean. The staff and owner are very friendly. You don't feel anonymous here, unlike in large resorts. Below the property, there's a small, cozy restaurant called "90 Degrees," suspended above a cliff, with quite good cuisine and very friendly service. It's the perfect place to combine relaxation with a good base for sightseeing. You can immerse yourself in relaxation and chillout.

this is a dream house for a dream escape. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The view is to die for. I would definitely come again on my next trip

Stunning location and very peaceful. We were in the middle of vineyards, and the view was incredible. Up on the side of the mountain. The panoramic view of the ocean was an amazing bonus.

Well run small hotel with excellent staff. Beautiful grounds and great food using home grown ingredients. Thoughtful environmental attitudes. Well connected for walking trips and lovely pool. Very comfortable and long bed.

The place and the view is amazing. Manuella is very warm and nice host. The apartament was super cosy and clean, the bed very comfortable and the balcony with the view just fantastic. There is a food shop just few minutes away. Also a comfortable parking place and with car it’s easy to reach Calheta beach. We didn’t use the pool because we stayed just for one nigjt and in the morning had to rush to airport, but I’m sure ir’s very nice to swim here :)

Very clean and organized place. Accessing the property via lockbox key was easy and we were sent the code in advance of our stay as well as good photos and directions for parking the car from the hosts. The beds were very comfortable and linens very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked (microwave, hotplate, dishware, cutlery, pans, soap, and cloths) with everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast and lunch each day. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and countryside for the sunset. Even though the location is close to the main road it is very quiet at night. The surrounding village and locals were very nice and a great location to walk around and see small farms/viewpoints. Parking the car on the road next to the gate was easy and not a busy or tight spot.

The studio had absolutely everything you needed, even more! And the view is absolutely fantastic ☺️

We had such a lovely stay here and can wholeheartedly recommend this place! There are so many things to love, but one of the most special parts of our stay was the little cat who visits the house. He’s very gentle and never pushy — but if you’re an animal lover and offer him a bit of kindness (and maybe some cat food), he’ll reward you with purring and the sweetest cuddles. He truly adds a unique charm to this place 🐾 We were also welcomed with a generous basket full of local Madeira products — such a thoughtful and warm gesture. We don’t eat meat or drink alcohol, so we didn’t try everything, but there were still plenty of delicious treats for us to enjoy. The house itself is spotless, with beautiful views from the rooms, a functional bathroom, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Having access to a washing machine and dishwasher made everything even more comfortable — it really has everything you might need. The pool and jacuzzi are great, especially on hot days when you need to cool down — though on cooler days the water can be quite refreshing (or a bit chilly). The surroundings are absolutely magical — ocean views, peaceful nature, grazing cows, singing blackbirds, and that adorable cat create an unforgettable atmosphere. The garden is stunning as well, clearly very well cared for and full of lush greenery. On top of that, the hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with a touch of local charm — and don’t mind making a furry friend along the way — this is truly a gem 💛

Location is amazing, easy access to beautiful hikes by car and a 2 min walk to the beach or playground. Good restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation home is available, also for a baby (bed, chair, baby bath and changing pillow, even a few books which were a big hit with our toddler :)). Next time we are in Madeira, we will definitely want to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was perfect, near the Calheta beach, restaurants, port (whalewatching). The host was very friendly, wrote back to message as soon as possible and self check-in was super easy. The loft had everything we needed and felt very cozy. The location was excellent – just a short walk to the beach, and the private parking was spacious.

A fantastic place for a vacation. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, comfortable beds, large wardrobes, and balconies with stunning sea views. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, and the living area is cozy with comfortable sofas and a TV, making it easy to feel at home. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, diving center, and a playground for kids. There’s also a shopping center and great restaurants nearby. Our host was very helpful and attentive. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy from the road in early morning if the windows are open, but being so close to the beach makes up for it.

We loved every minute of our stay. The property is great, in a prime location, finished to a very high standard. It has everything we needed as a family, nice clean rooms, two bathrooms with showers, very well equipped kitchen, lovely patio with outdoor kitchenette and BBQ station, laundry room, good WiFi and onsite parking. Just perfect!

The location was great thanks to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars, the supermarket is also just a few minutes walk away. The host's approach was also great :) We received various recommendations and our requests were met. The accommodation is a bit smaller but cozier, and you come here for the beauties of Madeira, not to stay at home :)
