location was fantastic the gardens are beautiful and very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean. We enjoyed coffee and the view from our balcony. Our room was very large. I was very surprised by the size of the room. The bed is comfortable. We are also satisfied with the cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom are large enough and spacious. The breakfast room is large with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The breakfast is varied and always fresh. There are several restaurants and smaller ones near the hotel. supermarket. Car parking is good. I rate this hotel with the highest rating and I am very happy to recommend it.

Great location, close to the central street and the beach, with fantastic views and plenty of space. The kitchen was comfortable and spacious—perfect for family meals. We had a wonderful stay and are highly recommending it to others!

The flat was extremely tidy and clean and the location is great as its between the airport and Funchal. Natalia goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. She is always ready to help and gives you all the information and recommendations you need.

The apartment is on the 13th floor with a spacious balcony. The ocean view is stunning. The apartment has everything you might need – clean and well maintained. There are many cafes, grocery stores nearby, and a bakery which is perfect for breakfast.

We loved the hotel’s rural setting, high above Funchal, its old world luxury, and the quality of service offered by the staff. Best of all was the direct access to the extraordinary adjacent Palheiro garden. A very special hotel.

Everything was just perfect. If coming back to Madeira, surely will come back to this hotel! On breakfast you could have whatever you desire. Mixed eggs, fresh fruits, salats, sweet pastry, pancakes, musli and yoghurt - just love it here! It was possible to sit outside but also inside in the restaurant. The room was very modern and nice. I really appreciate the bin divided in three parts - separation of plastic, paper and general waste. The beds were comfy. From the balcony we had an amazing view into garden with the ocean in the end.

Absolutely worth it!!! Choose this hotel! It was our Honeymoon ..loved it... They surprised us.... The staff is very good!!!! Hotel is clean,nice ,modern...super view from the breakfast place. The swiming pool area is good and you can go to the beach directly...where is the ocean with nice fishes. It was like a dream..... Thank you Sentido Galomar!!!!!

The hotel was comfortably, tastefully and cleverly furnished. Each room had its own entrance and outside sitting area. Great restaurant in the evening and plentiful breakfast. Relatively close to the airport but unaffected by plane noise.

Had all the amenities you would need on a short or medium length stay in Madeira. The room was comfortable and the shared amenities were great and as described. The village of Caniço has a strip of nice restaurants and a hopd pub called the Vollage Pub with live music. Funchal is only 12 mins drive away. The owner was very accommodating also. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was excellent, offering breathtaking sunrise views and very convenient as a basepoint to visit the island. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Moreover, the staff is very kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the island!

Very cozy small hotel with the great location. The room was very clean and comfortable, and lucky me, with the ocean view. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Nice garden restaurant. There are several restaurants and miimarkets around. Easy to get to Funchal.

The view was absolutely amazing. It was in the centre of the town so everything was close. The apartment has it’s own parking place and thats huge benefit.

Fantastic host, very good contact, quick response even late hours. a nice welcome surprise. there are all the necessary things in the kitchen. Full of toilet paper for a longer stay. lots of blankets. We enjoyed our stay. Close to funchal and a great convenience is underground parking for a small car. Very clean, no ants, we recommend!

The apartment was very spacious, modern and well equiped. Staff replied in time, but a bit slow in actions. Overall I would say that with some improvements this could be a great accommodation. The location is fine, nearby local restaurants and hidden gems. Big plus is the underground parking lot.
