The flat was extremely tidy and clean and the location is great as its between the airport and Funchal. Natalia goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. She is always ready to help and gives you all the information and recommendations you need.

The apartment is on the 13th floor with a spacious balcony. The ocean view is stunning. The apartment has everything you might need – clean and well maintained. There are many cafes, grocery stores nearby, and a bakery which is perfect for breakfast.

Ocean view. Sun from morning till evening on the Terrace. Very quiet and private.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean. We enjoyed coffee and the view from our balcony. Our room was very large. I was very surprised by the size of the room. The bed is comfortable. We are also satisfied with the cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom are large enough and spacious. The breakfast room is large with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The breakfast is varied and always fresh. There are several restaurants and smaller ones near the hotel. supermarket. Car parking is good. I rate this hotel with the highest rating and I am very happy to recommend it.

Everything. Where it was situated, close to the beach, the shops, restaurants. Excellent breakfast and entertainment. Staff were friendly and approachable. Rooms were large and airy. Beds very comfortable. High standard of cleanliness throughout.

Clean, quiet, close to the airport

There's a big, well equipped kitchen. A nice living with a big table, tv and some sofa's if you want to chill for a bit. There is also a little balcony where you can eat with view over the sea / mountains. Further you've got a nice bathroom and a driveway for your car.. The Bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable bed with more than enough pillows, some chests and a wardrobe. I had view over sea and mountains. Didn't expect this for this price :)

It was vert clean and tidy. The host was so kind and responded to calls and whatsapp very quickly. Because my flight was cancelled, i really appreciated her quick response and flexible hospitality. Thanks again!

The host (Antonio) was great and really helpful, the room was clean and as shown in the picture and there was a beautiful garden.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean accommodation with excellent breakfasts, including warm bread. The host’s care and hospitality were truly outstanding. We also appreciated the possibility to use the common room and the terrace with its stunning view of the ocean. We actually enjoyed watching the planes land — the sound was very faint and didn’t disturb us at all.

The villa was huge, it could acommodate 6 persons with all equipment they could need. It was very spacious with well equiped kitchen. We found there everything we needed. There is also parking place behind the gate, so you can avoid any problem with parking. Landlord waited for us in front of villa and showed us everything important. We enjoyed our stay and we will most probably return :)

Great location overlooking the ocean and airport, very helpful owner who cares about comfort and is always ready to help. Large, spacious room, very aesthetically decorated, large bathroom with a beautiful view. Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge where they can relax. Everything you need to rest and recharge your batteries ☺️

The apartment was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking easy and convenient. It’s spacious, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location is very accessible, with a small shop nearby for everyday needs. One of the biggest advantages is the indoor parking—it makes a real difference, especially if you have a lot of luggage, since access is very easy. We rented a car, so I’m not sure how convenient public transportation is in the area. If you plan to rent a car, I would recommend choosing a small one—ideally as compact as possible. The parking entrance is quite narrow and involves a short slope to drive down, which can make access difficult (or even impossible) with a larger vehicle without risking scratches. The building is also quiet, which allowed us to rest well at night.

Magic spirit of this place, if you would like to feel like citizen of Madeira, you ought to spend frw days in paradise house. The view is like a dream

The welcome by the property manager, Henrique Figueira, and his wife was perfect! He made a great effort, explained everything in and around the house, and even checked in with us during our stay. The house was practically brand new and very well equipped to a high standard. Everything was perfectly maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The value for money is absolutely fair, and we would book this house again at any time. Thank you very much!
