Lovely hotel miles from anywhere so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to go. Very polite and helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant, plenty of choices.Wonderful apartment overlooking the ocean and fantastic views all round. Indoor pool and sauna very good and even used outdoor pool..though a tad chilly in January! great location for walks and there's a courtesy bus to Calheta and the rum distillery...all in all a great holiday.

The location of the villa is absolutely great. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and all the island attractions (by car). The accommodation is well equipped with everything a family of 12 people and 3 generations could need. Astonishing views of the sea and the mountains.

We had everything we wanted and needed for the short stay. Lovely bakery downstairs made the mornings extra special.

I had a wonderful stay at Villas Renacer in Paul do Mar. The location is amazing – right next to the ocean and surrounded by beautiful mountains. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

Every room has keys for you to lock and the house feels and looks luxurious. Pans, plates, cutlery, toilet rolls, fridge, stove and everything you can possibly need is provided. No complaints about the house at all, only thing to note is that it's on a hilly road so can be a bit of a pain driving up to it but the house is exceptional!

Amazing sea front property with a stunning sunset. Stocked with basics (cleaning products, salt, pepper, etc) to start your stay and a welcome gift hamper. We enjoyed BBQing. The new jacuzzi was a treat.

We could not be more happy with our stay at Vivenda do mar.  The host was exceptionally friendly and hospitable.  Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so well looked after.  Marc thought of everything to make us comfortable and gave us so much information so that we could have the best time possible in Madeira.  The accommodation was impeccable. Cleanliness was 10/10 the place tastefully decorated to a very high quality standard. Kitchen is perfect if you love to cook, the bathroom is beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, And the seating in the lounge and outdoor patio area are amazing. With this stay you are in an exceptional location with mountain landscape at the rear of the property that will take your breath away and the sea just a 2 minute walk to the front!  It gets the best weather on the island also we were told, that seems to be always warm and sunny.  The small village has many places to eat and drink with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Honestly could not recommend this place highly enough. You need to stay here!

Wonderful house with everything you might need even for a longer stay, stunning sunsets from the terrace, calm atmosphere. Very smooth communication with the helpful host. Great place if you want to be and enjoy Madeira and the ocean. I feel in love with Madeira there :)

The house has a lot of space, regardless of whether you are coming just for a few days or planning a longer vacation. The kitchen has a lot to offer in terms of utensils, however, we did not find a coffee machine mentioned in the description. Parking is not available directly on the property, but you can park next to the garbage bins 100 meters away from the property. If you are not a fan of football, check the local tournament schedule before booking. The football field is right next to the house, and we were lucky to witness a four-day tournament, which was a bit noisy with all the music and celebrations. An amazing restaurant is very close to the house, closest supermarket is rather small, for the bigger food shopping you might want to go to Calheta.

Comfortable, very spacious and beatiful house. Lots of air, well equipped. Very friendly and helpful owner, though we never met and communicated via whatsapp. Good location in a quiet village, few steps from the ocean and right at the foot of moutains. Easy driving from the airport, just remember to rent a strong enough car with automatic gearbox. Stunning views all around. Almost no moskitoes. Swimming is possible 500 m away, there is a pier with stairs into the ocean. Just beware of slippery steps! Water is crystal clear and ca. 20°C warm (second decade of June). Few restaurants nearby with good food and drinks, and a small shop with fruits/wine/bread etc. Great surprise - 4G mobile network an GPS works all around the island no matter how deep or high you are.

Very spacious apartment with amazing view on the ocean and the mountains on the other side. We loved the jacuzzi. Be mindful of how windy it can be because you are next to the ocean, we didn't use the terrace because of it. Tip, the little bars down the road (Maktub pub and Bar da Pedra) for some cocktails and sunset view.

The house is located on the west coast, and the sunsets you can watch there every evening are absolutely stunning! It’s perfect for large groups, with a beautiful garden where you can enjoy breakfast in the shade. Every bedroom offers wonderful ocean views, and at night you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The hosts are very welcoming, they make you feel at home immediately. The house is marvelous, impeccable design, very well equipped, very clean. It is situated in a calm area, with stunning views all around (sea, cliffs). Communication was very easy and pleasant. We loved everything there!
