The property has 3 rooms and a big common area. Our room was the smallest and just ok for one night, but the other two are amazing and worth staying a few days. The kitchen has everything you need and more!! The "quincho" area is also lovely, with a very well equipped BBQ area. Breakfast was very good, and I was told by other guests that it changes every day!

This spot is much more than a regular accommodation- it is nature, it is impeccable hospitality, it is relaxation under the stars in the sauna and the hot tub and it is a modern cabin, yet humbly attuned with nature, The two-wall glass windows bring the panoramic beauty of the valley indoors while the fireplace roars into the night. The bed and pillows are great, the bathroom is modern and functional and the kitchen is well-equiped. Our stay was wonderful.

Fantastic place with lovely hosts! The location is in a lovely village, very close to the Barsana Monastery. The rooms are clean, recently renovated in a rustic style that showcases Romanian culture. The beds were comfortable as well (mattresses are on the firmer side). We were served a traditional Romanian breakfast which was delicious (great tea and coffee provided as well). Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming (the language barrier posed no issue), even sharing a traditional toast to welcome us, and elevating the entire experience to make it truly wonderful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Ocna Şugatag, Agropensiunea Alex is a condo hotel surrounded by views of the mountain.
