We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with excellent hospitality, convenient parking, and a great location close to the Haram (about 10-minute walk). A very special thanks to Mr. Said for his exceptional kindness, care, and hospitality. Thank you, Mr. Said, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We truly appreciate everything you did for us. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to others.

I came to Pearl Al-Badaie Hotel based on what I had read in previous reviews about the warm hospitality, and that was the most important factor for me during my stay. Thankfully, I found exactly what I had hoped for and more. I would like to specifically thank Ms. Nouf for her gracious welcome and the smooth check-in process. Despite my arriving earlier than scheduled, she handled the situation with flexibility and professionalism, making me feel welcomed from the very first moment. I also thank Ms. Afrah, who responded quickly to our request when we reported a minor issue and resolved it without delay, which added to our comfort. I cannot forget Mr. Abdulaziz and Mr. Abdulrahman, who always wear a smile and are constantly ready to offer assistance with the highest level of courtesy. I also extend my gratitude to Mr. Mazen and Mr. Talal, who never hesitated to offer help and advice throughout our stay, and even provided golf carts to transport us within the hotel – a thoughtful touch that added a special dimension of care and attention. Truly, it was an exceptional experience in hospitality and service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay in a refined, family-friendly atmosphere marked by genuine human warmth and sincere care for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Shohada by Palm Rich, Makkah. Honestly, I liked everything about this property. The proximity to Masjid Al Haram is excellent, making it very convenient for prayers and easy access at all times. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which really adds comfort and peace of mind during such a spiritual journey. The location is perfect, close enough to the Haram yet peaceful enough to rest without disturbance. I stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was absolutely perfect — spacious, comfortable, and very good value for the money. The room had everything I needed, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning their stay in Makkah.

Costumer service was amazing. There was a female at the front desk, she was very sweet and helped us so much with everything. She made our expirenece amazing!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and the experience was truly exceptional. The property is clean, comfortable, and very well-organized. One of the best things about it is that it’s very close to the Haram, which made our stay much easier and more spiritual. There is also a dedicated prayer area for hotel guests right in front of the hotel, connected to the Haram prayers. This was absolutely wonderful, especially for elderly guests who may find walking long distances difficult. The reception team was extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always polite and helpful throughout my stay. I would also like to give a special thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent work and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Mokhtar and Mubarak — both were incredibly kind, hardworking, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made my stay even better.

1St the location is close to Al Haram only 10-15 walk and I stayed in Ramadan but still close and reach without a problem So about the hotel 🙌🏻 10/10 Everything is great about this hotel the room are very nice the feel and smell are nice my first impression is high also the lobby is big and nice the elevators are enough and fast I perform Umrah so despite the traffic still good and staff clean the room every day

It is close to the haram. Golf cart made the huge difference since then we did not have to climb the steep hill to the hotel. Great value for money!!
