One of the best budget hotels I have been to anywhere in the world. Rooms are very comfortable, location is perfect, quiet, breakfast is fresh and delicious, it's inexpensive, and the staff were amazing. Ibrahim went out of his way to help me find alternative travel arrangements when there was a problem with the buses and trains. He even offered to allow me to stay untill 23:30 after checkout for free if I had to catch a late train. In the end unnecessary but hugely appreciated. If you are looking for a simple, clean, comfortable hotel in Sivas, stay here.

The location of the hotel is great and close to the largest mall in the area...the city center is 8 minutes by car....the staff are very nice and respectful...the food in the hotel is cheap and the breakfast is wonderful and varied...a hotel worth staying in

Incredible atmosphere being in a historic caravansaray, the rooms are very tastefully decorated with real wooden floors. Some reviews mention they are small but I thought the size was reasonable. Staff is very helpful and breakfast best I had in Turkey. Love the central restaurant area to hang out. Very quiet in the rooms. Very well located. Definitely an underrated place perhaps due to being located in Sivas which I found to be a surprisingly pleasant place to visit.

Everything was clean. Location was good, I really enjoy the beds, they were soooooo soft and comfortable, my sleep time was amazing and i felt relaxed. Also, the service staff were kind and polite 👌👌👍
