The hotel is modern and very clean. It was very spacious and was able to fit my family of 6. Thanks to Alejandro, Dale and Angie. Alejandro was so helpful to aiding us with our needs, even though it was late at night. The morning buffet was great with variety of choices and Dale made us feel so comfortable. Angie supported us with the checkout easily.

Hank is an the best at his job. He was very courteous and truly cared about your needs and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and places that are a must see when visiting. The main issue we had was having ants on the kitchen sink and table, they only showed up after a day we were there (we stayed there for a total of 4 nights)...very annoying. Aside from this, the staff is very friendly, the room decently clean, breakfast is very various (bagels, waffles, eggs, yogurts, cereal, jelly, etc) but all highly-processed foods, so not my style. Location is good, not too far from Lake Tahoe and very close to Carlson downtown.

The hotel was clean an well cared for. There was ample staff available, cleaning, 24 hours at the front desk, maintenance men busy fixing things, parking lot was fresh striped, new benches to sit on outside, a clean laundry room to wash my clothes, a small fitness studio to excercise in, an events center to rent for parties etc., a large breakfast room also to rent for meetings, great location to walk arounf the central city. Overall, a wonderful stay!!

Breakfast was just cereal, toast and muffins. They had coffee which was decent. The hotel wasn’t busy at the time we stayed there so it was very quiet.
