We had 2 one night separate stays . Breakfast and room was adequate. We didn’t have iron in our room on our second visit but was able to request. Lifts was not in operation on second visit. However reception were courteous.

Room was dirty upon arrival, staff had bad attitude when working to find alternative accommodation, facility was dieting, & the elevator broke and no notice was given except down stairs

Nothing about it as they never sent the shuttle to collect me (a female) from the airport at 12:30am. I requested in my reservations and called the hotel and no accommodations were made to assist as this was my first time in the city. I live in the islands where the square miles is 8.5 sq miles and I was terrified and scared

Nothing! Do not stay here for more than an overnight stay! This place needs a serious upgrade, and was not clean. Only thing I could say is overall the staff is pleasent.
