Accommodations in Fort Mitchell

The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. I lost my keys in the room the next morning, and they were great helping me find them. Room was clean, and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Historic home. Comfortable bedding. Close to interstate. Great walk-in shower. All amenities. Close parking. Complete home.

Exceptional property. Cozy and beautifully decorated, it’s perfect for couples. Staff is responsive and accommodating and strive to make sure your stay is wonderful. Lots of things to do close by in Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location, easy to find, convenient

It was close to the venue and the inside was beautiful!!

Room 311 was very nice, clean. Romm was remodeled. Parking lot is shared with a holiday inn at twice the rate. Pleasantly suprised. Staff was professional and fast. Fast food and pizza and party store within walking distance!

The facilities are fair enough for the price.

Great location if you want to walk to Mainstrasse. Also very close to I75 onramp. Free parking garage beside the hotel. Free popcorn and cocoa in lobby. Many fast food places nearby.

Excellent services , clean , excellent customer service, beautiful hotel .

The location, the bar in the lobby and the gym were great.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s history and gave us excellent local recommendations for sightseeing.

Beautiful!! City View. Super Clean & super friendly staff

The property was easy to find as we came from Pittsburgh, PA. The entrance to the building was nostalgic and just as I expected a Renaissance to look. Clean and inviting!

My wife and I are not ones to ever fill out a survey, but our experience at the Westin most definitely warrants one. We called in early to see if we could check in early and spoke on the phone with Frances who was delightful and let us know that she was looking forward to seeing us when we arrived. We made our way to the front desk and there she was with a big smile and a personality larger than life. She genuinely wanted to know why we were staying at the Westin in which we told her that we were these for nothing more than a date night. She proceeded to make several recommendation on things we could do around town but being from the area we had a good idea of what we wanted to do. WOW, we thought, we never met anyone at any hotel quite like her. What a way to make a first impression. Our room was perfect, room 515 overlooking Fountain Square and all the lights set up on it made it extra special. The room was clean and well kept. Usually you can find something wrong with the room but this room and the bathroom looked perfect. The next morning, everyone was so kind getting to the breakfast area from the chefs making our omelets to the lady making our coffees. The gentleman who cleared the table was incredibly professional and looked like he walked out of the GQ magazine with his finely pressed vest and his well groomed beard. We made sure to stop by there front desk on our way out to say goodbye to Frances who wanted to know all about our night out on the town. When we grabbed our bags and headed to the garage, the entire staff was there to say good-bye to us. My wife gave them the greatest compliment by saying, “ I feel like we are leaving family”. Truly we recommend the Westin. What an experience and to just get away from the kids and focus on us as a couple, it was a great experience. Thank you, Thank you. Thank you.

The rooftop was dope as hell , loved the front staff !!
