The staff was great! There was a issue with our room hot tub that we didn’t notice until late in the night, we requested a new room, immediately we received a new room! No hassle! The food was good, complimentary breakfast and dinner!! And drinks on the house, drink vouchers, who does that?! Nice little bar with the best bar food in town, great bartender! Our knew hideaway! I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

    The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, spotless, and had a great view of the pool area and the golf course south of the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised at our accommodations. The morning free breakfast was way more than we expected. I have grown used to a packaged small roll and some coffee. Instead, there were numerous options from omelets made to order, to fruit, toast, cereal, and just about everything else. There was even a happy hour near the pool in the main lobby. All in all I was delighted with the experience.

    The staff was very helpful, and the accommodations were clean, well maintained, and pleasant (just a hint of vanilla scent in the room). I appreciate that the room had blinds instead of drapes, letting in diffused light. The sunset view was nice.

    Overall staff demeanor were ok, the security guard was courteous and professional, and I can't blame them for the shaddy characters that stay in such accommodations. It appears to me that the franchise owners gave up on this place. It is sad to see that the facility and accommodations are on life-support. I will not stay here and will discourage others to do so. Staying here is detrimental to one's health and well-being.
