Accommodations in Saugus

Very nice workers. Very clean facility, nice gym, late check out.

It was clean and very easy access to the highway, which led us to Salem. Breakfast was a nice variety, and I love that it was included in our stay..

All staff from Front Desk to the maids were friendly and helpful. I was at the same hotel in Jun and Amazon was late delivering a package to me. To my amazement, upon check in I asked the Front Desk clerk if it would still he there and he went in back rooom to have look and wholla, it was still there. Thank you very much to all

Breakfast was excellent, staff all around was incredible and deserves commendation from management. Room was perfect for the family.

Breakfast is exceptional. It's actually recommended to just visit and eat breakfast there

Antonio at the front desk was professional, kind, and very helpful. The bed was so comfortable, and room was clean.

The property was well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Most important to me was that the bed and pillows were what I would expect from a high-end resort and the curtains were room darkening.

It needs a remodel badly. Lobby very small and room didn’t have enough bath towels. But it was very clean for the value.

The staff was awesome my id expired I was only gonna be there for one night they let it go which was awesome

The privacy and how professional the manager was.

If you are traveling to the Boston area -- definitely stay at the Howard Johnson's Hotel in Malden -- just 3 miles from Boston and half the price and new hotel rooms from beds to tv to bathroom.

The rooms were clean it was nice and quiet they even had two bottles of water in the room with coffee available in the morning.

I really like the customer service Shurlynn, she is really good. I think the company need more customer service like her

Comfortable, easy parking, good restaurants nearby.

Entry to the property is with a key code provided by the host, this made it super easy we arrived and departed (check out by 11am) by our schedule. Check in and Check out were seamless. Host was welcoming, quick with updates and kind and caring. There was everything we needed or wanted in the apartment.

Fantastic location next to a shopping plaza w/ 2 supermarkets, restaurants and fast food all walking distance

It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. They were very welcoming from the moment we walked in.
