Accommodations in West Springfield

Staff at front desk (Kevin) was very kind and efficient . Room was very spacious . Cleanliness was superb. Shower with jets and shower head rarely seen in US hotels, bed were very comfortable. Room had a very sophisticated massage chair which was the highlight of the stay.. was very necessary after a long day drive.

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The room's delightful odor of deodorant and air freshener masking a subtle hint of cigarette smoke. The workman ship of the air conditioner allowing room for insects and other vermin to join me. The bathroom's lack of a thorough cleaning going back months if not years

I stayed with my family in double Queen room. The room was very clean and big. Looks recently renovated. Very comfortable mattress. Staff at the lobby very nice and friendly. Very quick check in and check out. Breakfast also was good. A lot of parking space. 🫶👍✌️

It was close to a wedding I was attending. The concierge was quite helpful. She noticed I use a cane and moved my room to one near the elevator so I wouldn't have to walk far.

Best Western is the hotel we always like to choose in US trip. Good breakfast and clean room. Front desk people are friendly in most of locations.

The breakfast was good not as big as Chicopee but still was amazing

Convenient, clean and stuff super helpful and polite

Very good breakfast and coffee available through day

The host, Marcie, was very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were excellent in a beautiful house. An excellent breakfast was provided.

Clean, modern, updated, pool, laundry facilities, nice breakfast

Room size, condition of facility and rooms. The shower pressure was unbelievable! And we have a new home on Cape that has great pressure. Staff, exceptional.

Great pool and location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Very good .,,nicely organized and the food was always fresh and warm .

It’s location was close to the business we had.

Place is a hidden gem. For sure will go back.

Everything. It is clean, quiet, staff was super friendly. Breakfast is better than in typical hotels around.

Met all expectations! Plenty of space and modernized.

The room was ok and neat. My children enjoyed every bit of our stay. I had to extend our stay in Marriot Springfield because my children were very comfortable and felt at home. The reception team, room cleaners and chef were amazing. I love the ambience and the caliber of guests who also put up in Marriot Springfield.

Big and well equipped room. Very nice people and a good breakfast.

The host was extremely polite and accommodating.
