Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

Very welcoming host family, enenthough they do not speak english, you can feel that you are loved as a guest and welcomed. The room was a bit cold first when we arrived, but the quilt was warm, as we had a very good sleep.
