I was kind of suspicious to stay in a hostel, ok in a room with bathroom, but I was absolutely surprise to found how amazing is this place. It has very strict policy about noise and everything that guests kept. It is super clean and perfect maintained. Location is perfect, in a striking distance of the downtown and less to the bus station. But the greatest advantage Folk hostel has is Faustina. She provided me in advance so much useful information for the place, the tours we can have. She booked two daily tours for us and we were so happy with the tours guides and tours themselves. Thank you so much Faustina for making our stay in El Calafate so memorable!!!

They also offer activities like archery and guided walks that were very fun, all included as well. Many options at breakfast and the hall is facing the mountains and lakes which makes the experience even nicer. The hotel has literally everything one may need from travel agency, hair saloon, spa, photography services, stores etc.

I even got a free birthday cake from the lovely ladies here. Thank you so much for making this 1 week like home for me. I will definitely live here again if I come back to El Calafate!
